Large updated home with Game Room, Theater, hot tub and fire pit on Bryce Resort

Large updated 4 bedroom 4 bath home on 1 acre by Lake Laura with activities for everyone!

•5 person hot tub off of main floor bedroom with views of the lake
•120” Projection screen movie theater in basement
•Garage game room with pool table, shuffle board table, 72” TV to watch the game, 2nd full size refrigerator/freezer
•Fire Pit with seating for 10 people
•corn hole
•Large Blackstone flat grill

This freshly updated home (May 2022) has something for everyone! We have taken note of homes we visit with our family and friends and have tried to bring a home to the area that pulls together all of the things we have found and enjoyed.

Kitchen: well stocked with wall oven, gas cook top, microwave, large refrigerator, air fryer, toaster, mixer, waffle maker, pots, baking pans, cookie sheets, frying pans, utensils, wine glasses, coffee mugs, keurig and drip coffee maker (with reusable filter), etc!

36” propane flat grill on the deck for your enjoyment! (Please be sure to empty the grease trap after a lot of cooking so it doesn’t overflow or attract animals :))

Additional seating for 4 outside on the screened porch.

Lounge and take in some sun, read or just enjoy the peacefulness of the area, and look off toward the lake just across the road on the deck just past the hot tub porch.

Main level:
*Bedroom1: Large queen bedroom with full ensuite bathroom, walk in closet and hot tub just outside. Also included is a chair and a half single sleeper sofa. Please do not use fireplace in the bedroom at this time, we are switching it to propane :)
*Bedroom 2: Queen bedroom with full bathroom just out in the hall

Second floor:
*Bedroom 3: Queen bedroom with full ensuite bathroom.
*Loft: Full Sleeper sofa

Basement:
*Just off the Theater, custom built bunk beds and trundles (sleeps 6) with velvet curtains (in keeping with the theater theme :)), that may be pulled for privacy. Full bathroom. Closet of toys and games.

Recent kitchen update includes: Granite counter tops, Gas cooktop, new appliances, new backsplash, counter seating.

$175 pet fee for up to two housebroken dogs.

This beautiful home did not disappoint. Its spacious, lofty interior allowed for plenty of "divide," yet comfy family together time for our two sons' families with 8 children between them. It was our pre-Christmas gathering over 3 nights that was made even more Christmassy with the beautifully lit trees and subtle, tasteful decorations we encountered throughout the house. We wanted for nothing as the "starter" toiletries carried us through and the kitchen had everything we needed. The projector and pool table were big hits with the kids AND adults, and the hot tub, after skiing, was wonderful. Every night, we had roaring fires in the great room fireplace wth dry fire wood and kindling provided by our host Sara. We hope to return with the family during another season to explore the nearby lake and mountain trails in the area.

Wonderful trip with the kids and grandkids, 14 in all. House was beautifully decorated for the holidays and perfect spaces for all age groups to enjoy themselves. Sara was great to work with and so many nice touches in the house for the guests! Would definitely stay again!

Love the house

Our entire family loved this house. We had a big group of family stay for the weekend and go snow tubing. We had fun cooking together, enjoying the hot tub and theater system. Only suggestion I’d have is updating the photos as the house is green now and hot tub was moved. Definitely would stay here again and recommend it 100%.

Hi! Glad you all enjoyed your time! Yes we did recently repaint the house and the hot tub was recently moved as well when our old one stopped working. Now it is a larger brand new hot tub on a brand new platform with a pergola :-)

Christmas in the Mountains

We enjoyed a Christmas away... had the entire family, 6 adults and 5 kids! The house was beautifully decorated which added to our holiday festivities. Any question we had was quickly answered by our host. The house was very close to Bryce ski resort where we all enjoyed skiing, snowboarding, tubbing, etc. Perfect holiday experience!

Family fall weekend getaway

This is a great house for a larger group. Plenty of space and amenities. Bed space for 12 only. The rest are pull outs or air mattresses if you prefer. Other then that there is plenty of room overall in this house for a large group or family.

They thought of everything

We recently stayed at this beautiful home for our annual teacher’s training retreat, and it was absolutely perfect. Three days of peace, quiet, and relaxation in a setting that felt like a true escape. The host truly thought of everything—there wasn’t a single thing we lacked. The house was exceptionally well-stocked and had plenty of space for all 12 of us. With enough beds and bathrooms, everyone was comfortable and able to relax without feeling crowded.The highlight of our stay was definitely the theatre room! The cozy seating and fun atmosphere made it the ideal spot for our movie and munchie night—it was a hit with everyone. We’re already talking about returning next year. Highly recommend this home for any group looking for comfort, convenience, and a little luxury!

Great experience

We were worried about the stay since this was the first time in 3 years that we planned a family reunion. The house was clean ( clean kitchen, linens, bathroooms)and the host took care of small little things. The house and feel are way better than the pictures. Please consider updating with better pictures as the current do not do justice to the nice feel of the place. Neighbors were great and friendly. Felt safe. Thanks for making our stay memorable and happy.

Wonderful Winter Getaway!

Our family absolutely loved staying at this house. We were there for 4 nights between Christmas and New Year’s. Perfect house for spending quality family time together. We enjoyed using the firepit and the hot tub. The living room has a huge sectional for watching movies. We played games at the dining table and also enjoyed the pool table and games in the garage. Spent a day skiing at Bryce resort, walked the loop around Lake Laura another day. The house is large but also cozy. The owner was very helpful with sending us information ahead of time and helping out afterwards when we realized we left something important behind. Highly recommend this property for winter as well as summer getaways!

Beautiful House Near Lake Laura

We had a great time at this property. This home is beautiful, and has everything you need for a nice stay. Lake Laura is also lovely and really fun with kids age 6-9. The lake is walkable, but it is a bit inconvenient to get to the lake beach if you have to drive there or walk the road. Neither of those points was apparent to me from the listing, and after we paid the owner she asked us as part of check in to drive to the beach / use the road. She pointed out that you cannot walk down to the beach at her end of the lake without going through her neighbor’s property, which she asked us not to do. That’s worth knowing.

So glad you all enjoyed the stay! Yes, the home is not lake front (we never said it was :)), but on the other side of the road from the lake front houses. So in order to access the lake, you must use the public entrance as to not trespass on someone else’s property.

Family Thanksgiving

We wanted a place where our whole family could gather and stay comfortably under one roof. This house was perfect for a large group with plenty of rooms and bathrooms. The indoor game area was great for cousins and adults to play. The neighborhood was quiet and easy to walk in for pre and post- Thanksgiving meal. :)

Great spot for weekend away with group of friends

I booked this spot with a large group of friends for a fall weekend getaway and the house was perfect for us. The kitchen is well-stocked, property was very clean and easy to get to, and the owners have made a great use of the space for sleeping areas, common space and using the garage for a gathering space with TV, pool and shuffleboard. We also enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub. Everyone had a great time and said how much they liked the property. The booklet for guests also had great suggestions for nearby activities and all the information we needed about the property. I would definitely recommend this property for a group trip!
