Very neat, stylish holiday home, on a plot with two houses (in the front house lives the quiet homeowner couple).
Electric entrance gate and internal parking.
The house was renovated in 2017 and completely refurbished. It has: 2 bedrooms (one with double bed / one with two single beds), each with bathroom ensuite. Large fitted wardrobes. Living / dining room with satellite TV (Switzerland and Germany).
Fully equipped kitchen (fridge / freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, toaster, Nespresso machine, dishwasher). Laundry room with washing machine, cleaning cupboard, vacuum cleaner.
Living / dining room and both bedrooms with air conditioning hot / cold.
Outside: Terrace with table / chairs, sun awning, parasol, loungers and gas barbecue. Table tennis table.
Pool 4x8m, (use by both parties), water temperature all year about 28 °! Outdoor shower and outdoor toilet.
Beach chairs / parasols also available.
The garden has Mediterranean plants and fruit trees (lemon, orange, mandarin, medlar, fig).
Location: quiet, directly on the edge of the village, full sun all year round. Shops, bank and restaurants within walking distance.
Various sports in the surrounding area: horseback riding, tennis, karting, water sports, golf.
The Costa Blanca offers a very mild and balanced climate, according to WHO one of the healthiest in Europe.
