Luxury 3 bed-roomed apartment in the beautiful complex of Cumbre del Sol with Air Condition. The apartment is fully furnished with all new fixtures and fittings and offers a spacious open plan lounge and dining area, which both provide access to a large private sun terrace. With 2 double bedrooms and1 twin bedded room . The apartment can easily accommodate up to 6 people. Furthermore, the apartment offers a fully equipped American style kitchen and 2 large bathrooms with shower and WC. The apartment is built into the hillside at the very highest point of Cumbre del Sol, which gives the most breathtaking and uninterrupted view of the sea and surrounding countryside. Now equipped with Internet. The apartment is one of the few in this area, due to very stricken rules and demands of the building architecture. Beside the beautiful apartment complex with it's fantastic view the area is developed with exclusive villas down the hillside.

The 10 Pools is just for the apartments and are only a couple of minuttets away. The apartment is in 2 levels with 3 bed rooms and 2 bath room. In the 1.st floor you find 1 bed room, 1 bath room, living room with TV/DVD and dinning place. Here you will also find the extraordinary sea view. At this level you also find the big terrace on 40 m3, with room enough for dinning and sun bathing. on the second floor below, you find the two last bed rooms with double bed and 2 single beds and the last ´big bath room. As the apartment is placed in the bottom of the building it is very privat.

Beach, pool, Sea view, quiet, cost, : Located on the top of VAPF mountain, you will discover the perfect view with Meditere see in the back ground. At this nearly privat mountain you will find Restaurants, supermarkets, public pool area with restaurant and unknow beach with fantastic clear water. In the warm period in the summer time it's always nice to feel the light wind that come from the see. Close to the location you will find the small romantic old fishing town; Moraira. Here you can discover a lot of Restaurant with fresh Fish, Paella and a lot of other delicious dishes. Most of it to reasonble prices. As most of the Villas on the mountain are private you will find a very quiet and nice atmosphere on the location. If you should want a game of Tennis/Padel or a walk at the peach full mountain, it's just outside you door.

Das Apartment war top gepflegt, sauber und die Aussicht sucht ihresgleichen. Die Verwaltung vor Ort beziehungsweise die organisatorischen Abläufe waren super organisiert. Die Gesamtanlage inklusive der Gemeinschafts Pools bot eine ausreichende Alternative zu den umfangreichen Freizeitaktivitäten des Umlands. Insgesamt würden wir jederzeit wieder Zeit in diesem tollen Apartment verbringen.

Schöne Unterkunft. Für uns kein Problem, aber als Hinweis für Gehbehinderte, dass ein paar Treppen zu laufen sind. Der Pool war sehr schön, aber ca. 80m entfernt. Bei Fragen kam sofort eine hilfreiche Antwort.

La terraza y las vistas espectaculares

El apartamento está bien. Sin duda, la terraza es el espacio que más disfrutamos. Las vistas son espectaculares, lo mejor de todo. Las habitaciones están bien. El sofá cama un poco incómodo. La piscina no está al lado del apartamento, está unos metros más allá en la misma calle. El acceso al apartamento es mediante escaleras y a la piscina también. Es como subir 3 pisos para llegar. Una vez arriba se está muy bien. Hay espacio y una de las piscinas tiene un tobogán.

Der Pool ist nicht direkt am Haus sonder man muss 50m laufen und dann einige Treppen steigen die Fotos die hier abgebildet sind entsprechen nicht 100% der Vorort gewonnen Eindrücke Check in war eine echtes Problem ansonsten ist es eine sehr schöne Gegend für Familien

Une vue magnifique et un logement adapté a une famille de 4 personnes. Spacieux et bien organisé. Très bon confort. Proche de tout et idéal comme poibt de départ pour des visites aux alentours. Petits points faibles : un seul trousseau de clés. Peu pratique pour les familles et surtout pour l'accès a la piscine. Il faudrait changer les rideaux de douche un peu taché et les tapis de baignoires peu hygiénique. Personnellement nous avons retiré les tapis à notre arrivée. Pour conclure : nous recommandons vivement

El piso está bien, pero el propietario es un sin vergüenza, nos entregó las llaves cuando quiso, nos cobró wifi por toda la semana y estuvimos un dia sin el porque no lo contrató y el dia que nos vinimos nos dijo de dejar las llaves en un sitio cerrado y las dejamos en la agencia donde nos las dieron (ellos nos dijeron que las devolviesemos ahi) y nos ha hecho un cargo de 61€ sin nuestro consentimiento y sin haber firmado un contrato.

Lovely spacious light and airy apartment

The apartment was immaculately clean and well equipped. Useful information was provided and the owner was responsive and helpful. The views are spectacular and the 2 swimming pools are lovely. The location is good for exploring Moraira, Denia (recommended, especially the old town if you get a cloudy day) and Calpe. Local supermarkets are great.

Nous avons passé un séjour agréable dans cet appartement à flan de falaise. Il bénéficie d’une vue magnifique. La terrasse est bien orientée et très agréable. We enjoyed the appartment in august 2018. Modernly décorated, Well equiped, with à wonderful view on the sea from the terrace . Same view from the pool. But you have to be in good health because of the walking stairs. The distance between the appartment and the pool is too long . But that did not prevent us from enjoying good holidays.

Recommendable apartment with a Wonderful view

A lovely spacious apartment with all things you need. The view from the large terrace is of course the biggest plus. Most of the stay therefore takes place on the terrace, where the view makes all meals extra delicious. The surroundings are quiet and offer great opportunities for walks on official trails near the Beach. Would very much like to stay here again

An incredible view of the mediteranean sea and Ibiza (from a good sunny day).Dupplex apartement, confortable, for 5 or 6 peoplewith especially two beautiful bathrooms. Perfect apartment with most wonderful sea view

This fantastic apartment with the most breathtaking sea view we have ever seen exceeded our expectations completely. Every day we spent hours relaxing on the balcony - with af cup of coffee or a glas of wine in range just enjoying the view and life in general. We didn't spent much time indoor, but when we did, the apartment's decor and interior worked perfectly. We were just a couple, but we could easily have been 6-8 people in the apartment. Moraira is very idyllic and we found everything we could wish for when it comes to restaurants, bars, shopping facilities and local atmosphere. The apartment, the breathtaking sea view and the surroundings give together optimal conditions for an unforgettable holiday. We highly recommend this apartment and will for sure return ourselves. LOVELY APARTMENT - AMAZING VIEW

JUST BE HAPPY thats all this place ask of you. Silence although it looks crowded its a gift to whom of you, that prefere peace in mind. The terrace was our Nr. 1 location, no doubt with a fabulous sea panorama view and a constantly fresh mediterranean breeze, that makes your life better everyday. Just prepare the morning table in the lazy sun with Breakfirst Cereals and Soyamilk - Tomato - Melon and other fruits . After breakfirst explore the sun terrace - daily 28-32 degrees in the end of September, magnificent! Sitting 22.00 oclock outside after being doing a nigthswimm at the beach, left with a towel and looking at stars in the Sky. What more you need in your life, actually nothing more! We love this place We didnt even look , at TV for 1 minute in 9 days, what a relief. ps. The fish markets, supermarket car rent and the apartments is all in all offering a very attractive pricelevel comparing to what you get.
