No 309 at D Sands Condos is a privately owned suite with stunning ocean views. Located 30 steps up on the third floor, guests can enjoy an oceanfront balcony or access the beach from an easy access staircase. The condo also features a kitchen stocked with basic cookware as well as a bathtub for the kids. With a King bedroom and a queen murphy bed in the living room, it sleeps up to 4. Guests also get access to the HOA's pool and commercial grade Wi-Fi.



The Space:

No 309 at D Sands Condos is a privately owned suite with stunning ocean views. Located 30 steps up on the third floor, guests can enjoy an oceanfront balcony or access the beach from an easy access staircase. The condo also features a kitchen stocked with basic cookware as well as a bathtub for the kids. With a King bedroom and a queen murphy bed in the living room, it sleeps up to 4. Guests also get access to the HOA's pool and commercial grade Wi-Fi.



Guest Access:

The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The indoor, heated salt water pool and hot tub can be accessed via a Pool Code on the North side of the Office building.



This is a 3rd floor unit, there are 30 steps required to access the unit.

This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility. The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.

The hotel has an excellent location, within walking distance to many restaurants and shops, with easy beach access and stunning views. The staff were friendly, and the surroundings are very convenient for exploring the area. The room, however, felt a bit outdated, and the bedding could have been fresher. Being near the road and neighboring rooms, there was some noise late at night and early in the morning, which may affect light sleepers

We loved the ocean view in the living area and the Murphy bed allowed us to sleep in the living area with the sound of the ocean. We stayed for New Year’s Eve/day and had a great time!

Relaxing getaway

The place was relaxing. The carpet could use a good cleaning but overall not bad. The bed was very comfortable. The view was exactly what I needed.

So close to the ocean you can taste it!

This property is right on the beach! Great location, close to shops, restaurants, and various water activities. Pool was out of commission for a few days but the kids loved it when it was up and running again. Never had an issue with loud neighbors or concerns that required a call to the manager. Room had updated carpets but overall was dated. Not a big deal as the unit itself was functional for a family of six. Enjoyed our trip!

Horrible

Place was hot without air conditioning. Very old furnishings and appliances. Kitchen faucet was broken and hard to get water. Bugs Very disappointed!!!
