Patio 1 is a new 96sqm modern apartment in the popular heart of Bremen "the quarter". In addition to Patio 2 + 3 located in the courtyard, you live here luxuriously furnished on 2 floors on the ground floor. up to max. 8 people.
Large and bright rooms and open kitchen. Everything within walking distance.

This new and extraordinary apartment on 2 floors, located in a beautiful courtyard of the popular Bremen district. It is very comfortable and fully equipped, incl. Sheets and towels. On the ground floor is the spacious living area, which also offers sleeping facilities for 4 people when needed. Also the fully equipped modern open kitchen with dining area, can be found here. A staircase to the upper floor, the two bedrooms and the tiled bathroom can be reached. The Exclusiv equipped and very large bath invites you to relax. The cozy furnished bedrooms offer double beds of 160x200m. The entire light-filled living room is equipped with high-quality light bamboo parquet. A possibility to park bicycles is given in the annex. The apartment is very central, but still quiet. From here, the following is in a few minutes, whether on foot, by train, bus or bike to reach: Old Town (shopping, attractions, market), Schnoor, the Schlachte (promenade with lots of food on the Weser), ramparts (beautiful walks in the countryside and lake), Central Station, Stadthalle (ÖVB Arena), museums, Rhododenron Park, Weserstadion, the area with its many boutiques, cafes and restaurants, theaters, nightlife and nvm Shops and stops are around the corner. The parking of vehicles is possible in the side streets or in the 500m distant parking garage.

Excellent apartment in good location

The apartment is spacious and comfortable. There are also some tables and chairs outside in the courtyard - perfect for breakfast, coffee and evening drinks. Good location - only 10-15 walk to the old town through a park. Quirky neighbourhood which was nice to say in. Recommended.

Tolle Wohnung mit phantastischer Lage

Superwohnung, hübsch und funtionell, geräumig und ruhig. Das einzige Manko ist das Parkplatzproblem, aber in der zentralen Lage eigentlich kein Wunder. Sehr gerne kommen wir wieder!

Eins super schöne Wohnung mit einer tollen Einrichtung. Bequem ist, das Handtücher und Bettwäsche vorhanden sind. Die Altstadt ist fussläufig gut zu erreichen. Nachteilig ist leider, das es an der Wohnung keinen Parkplatz gibt.
