The stylish unit is the perfect place to relax & refresh after a day of exploring Canyon or Amarillo. This is a newly renovated, modern & charming studio apartment with all the comforts of home.

Nestled in the heart of Canyon, Apt 3 is in a row of apartments that is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood setting just blocks away from WTAMU & downtown Canyon and centrally located to Amarillo & Palo Duro Canyon.

This studio apartment is a great launching pad for you adventures in Canyon! Located at The Flats apartment complex, this newly remodeled Apt 3 is nestled in a row of apartments that is ideal for 2 or 4. With an open floor plan including 1 Queen Bed, 1 shower bath & kitchen and 1 Futon for additional guests, it’s a perfect fit for just traveling through or long stays.

Located just 3 blocks(.3 miles) to WTAMU campus & Panhandle Plains Museum, 1 mile to downtown Canyon & 12 miles to Palo Duro Canyon, this a wonderful place to relax after a day of exploring and adventure.

Check in time is 3pm or later. Access is through a keyless lock which you’ll be provided the code prior to arrival, so late night check-ins are not a problem. Check out time is 11am.

No one should start their day off without caffeine- so you’ll find coffee & creamer to get you powered up, along with some breakfast snacks.

A Smart WiFi TV is provided that you can access your personal Netflix, Prime, Hulu(etc) accounts.

The bathroom has clean towels, basic toiletries- shampoo, conditioner & body wash. In the bedroom closet, you will find iron & ironing board.

We are just a txt or phone call away & can be there in about 10 minutes for anything that might need attention.

There are other units on the property so you may see & hear other guests or tenants coming & going throughout the day.

The Flats is a stylish comfy space to stay for your trip to Canyon.

There were only the two of us so it was great. The place was clean but the cleaners did not leave any extra garbage bags or dishwashing detergent. That is my only suggestion. We enjoy the place and were comfortable with our stay. The host was very patience and helpful. If you go to Canyon TX I would recommend staying here.

Close to Family

We weee in town visiting friends and family for the 4th of July holiday weekend. The Flats studio apt was perfect.for our needs. We will likely stay there again when we are back in town.

The place was not clean. Dusty and floor was dirty. Also you need to throw away the cream for coffee on the counter. It’s expired. The apartment was well decorated, but furniture and bed not comfortable.

Lovely accommodation

The location was easy to find and check-in/-out was simple, thanks to the great communication of the owner. The apartment was very cute and had everything you could need for a pleasant stay. Our party of three stayed comfortably and didn’t feel crowded as the furniture layout is well-planned. Would definitely re-book next time I’m in the area!

Nice, smart, close to WTAMU

This property is completely remodeled. The bed is super comfortable. AC works amazing. Walking distance to WTAMU campus (I walked 14K steps in one day, so not if you struggle with walks). My kids dropped by and were super impressed! Will stay again!

Perfect Getaway

My husband and I rented this property for his birthday weekend. It was exactly what we needed. Shops, restaurants, Palo Duro Canyon, and several amazing guided tours are just minutes away. Most are walking distance. I would definitely rent this property again and we have already recommended it to friends and family.

overall great little studio apartment/condo. super clean and up to date decor. bed very comfortable and kitchen well stocked. my only complaint were the neighbors yelling and cursing in the evening. but i would recommend the place!

5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ experience! Awesome rental!

The only things different I like for a rental are strictly personal preferences… a bolder coffee blend offered and a handheld shower head, as I like more pressure. Otherwise it was superb…. Also refunds for situations totally out of a person’s control would be nice.
