Gulf Front Condo - Close to many restaurants!
Ocean Side 303 is a Two bedroom, 2 bath, Gulf front updated condominium that was built in 2004 and offers an amazing view of Indian Rocks Beach. It is also on the scale of smaller buildings compared to other complexes within the area which makes it perfect for those wanting a vacation without overpopulation. However, keep in mind that this building is a "stick" building and noise does transmit through the floors. Located within walking distance to the hub of Indian Rocks Beach, Ocean Side 303 is perfect for those wishing to explore the area by foot to check out all the local restaurants within the area. Guests can even walk to the Plumlee office during the weekdays and take our FREE beach bikes to explore the local beaches such as Indian Shores and Belleair Beach. This unit has a King in the master and two Queens in the second bedroom. This unit has a 42" Plasma wall TV in the living room and a 32" in the master bedroom, along with a DVD player, and a fully equipped kitchen available for guest's use inside the condo. If the kitchen is missing anything you need, you can call Plumlee and we will have the items delivered (some expectations). This unit is equipped with an in-unit washer, dryer, and WIFI for guests' use. The property is well kept by the property managers and offers a heated swimming pool for guests' use until dusk.
