Direct Gulf front Penthouse condo is the place to make your vacation memories. This updated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo has a birds eye view of the beach of Indian Shores and the Gulf of Mexico. Relax on your private balcony as the sun provides a spectacular show in the sky nightly. The comfy open living area has plenty of room to move around for the family. The living room has a ceiling fan for added comfort and a TV with cable and a DVD player. The dining area is perfect for family meals and game nights. The updated kitchen has all the amenities of home and can accommodate large special meals to a simple beach picnic. No need to overpack there is a washer/dryer inside the condo. The second bedroom has both a Queen and Twin bed, ceiling fan, and TV. The third bedroom has a Queen bed with a ceiling fan and TV. There is FREE Long Distance calling to US and Canada and FREE secure WiFi in the condo. Assigned parking space, limited guest spaces. Please ask your rental manager about FREE weekday bicycle use and FREE unlimited DVD movies.***Non-Smoking*** The condo complex has nice gas grills for your use and a large, beachside, heated swimming pool and a hot tub.
