We had a great little getaway at this property. We loved the quiet atmosphere and location of the home and also the energy and activities at the close-by beach and pool. Would definitely stay here again!

This was perfect for what we needed for our stay! We had an adventure-filled vacation played with tours in Jim Thorpe and surrounding areas and loved the game room, basketball and other community amenities to enjoy in the evenings while we cooked dinner and relaxed. The host was very communicative, giving information throughout our stay and reminders that helped for check out. I would absolutely stay here again with my family!

We had a wonderful one-week family vacation in this beautiful house while it was a heat wave. Being in Poconos in this air-conditioned house saved us! Lake is beautiful and it is very green around. Host is very organized and was there when we had questions. I highly recommend!

The house was very clean and well stocked with towels etc. Our pup enjoyed his stay. The house was close to Big Boulder which made it convenient to ski. The hot tub was great and we all enjoyed it. The communication with instructions was very clear and timely. Wonderful family weekend.

Family and Friends getaway

We really enjoyed our stay here. There was much to do in the home and the surrounding community, such as the lake beach and pool. We also ventured out and did horseback riding one day. Some things needed updating in the home, but overall it was clean and functional. We would stay here again!

This property is in a great location! The check in and check out process was great.However, the pictures for the house were deceitful as some of the furniture pictured was replaced with other furniture. The king bed on the 1st floor as shown was replaced with a simple king bed with no wooden headboard. All of the beds were simple beds.The living room had no rug like the picture. The sofa and one other piece of furniture were the same, but the other pieces were replaced with other furniture. The lake and beach are wonderful, but we found out once we got there the people in charge of everything are very strict. We were not allow to use our own kayak on the lake at all! We would have to had rented their kayaks. Not guests can put any kind of kayak or canoe in the lake! Over all the week was fine, just disappointed the house we rented was not what was in the picture.

Justin communicated well and was reachable by phone very quickly. We had one small issue with the water, which was quickly taken care of in less than an hour. One thing I will mention for future renters, not enough seating in the living room. The couch was small and uncomfortable, and the other available seating options were single chairs. The room only fit 4 people. Other than that small note, great property!

Annual Christmas gift

For our 3 adult sons and daughters in law. We take care of the kids so they can all have a fun weekend. They loved the game room and jaccuzzi and said the house was perfect.

Incredible Place

Justin was tremendously helpful during our stay. My family and I had such a great time with the game room and the jacuzzi. So great that we only ever left to go to the community pool. Please be aware that you need wristbands for the community pool which Justin will give you. 100% Would rent again.

Overall a good stay. Enjoyed the deck, hot tub, and game room. House could have been a bit cleaner upon arrival - primarily the outdoor deck space that was covered in leaves and dirt. The kitchen is lacking some cookware and the pots and pans could use replacing. Living room setup is awkward and not very conducive to spending time with your group. We spent most of our time outside on the deck. We asked host for early check in which was granted, but we did not receive the access code at our agreed upon check in time. However the host picked up on the second call and provided the code immediately - good communication!
