Remodeled Lakefront Cottages on Upper Saranac Lake

Lakefront property on Upper Saranac Lake, once part of the historic Saranac Inn. Two fully furnished cabins with a beautiful 100+ year old barn as back drop. Both cabins are newly renovated top to bottom. Full amenities with all new kitchen, appliances, and laundry. Over 100 feet of lakefront and private dock with kayak, canoe, and 3 SUP's provided. Private beach volleyball court. Walk to Saranac Inn Golf course, a hidden gem.

Cabin One is two stories with two bedrooms upstairs - One with queen bed, and one with two sets of bunk beds (twin over full). Full bath upstairs and 1/2 bath downstairs with additional enclosed outdoor shower. All new appliances - washer/dryer/dishwasher,stove/oven. Open floor plan with kitchen/living/dining. Dining table can fit 6-8. Also seats 3 bar counter stools at kitchen.

Cabin Two is open concept with one queen bed, 1 full bathroom with shower, plus enclosed outdoor shower. Full kitchen with all new appliances. Living room with two sofas (one is a sleeper) and two lounge chairs. Dining table can fit 6. Just feet away from the lake with full wall of windows opening to the lake.

Great retreat!

The location was superb! Quiet and restful amongst the trees and near the water. Our family enjoyed our stay. The cottages were very clean and comfortable providing everything we needed for a relaxing family vacation in the ADK. Loved the location on the water which made it easy to kayak and paddleboard. Would definitely return!

We have been coming to Saranac our entire lives. We bought this property in 2018 and have redone both cottages top to bottom, as well as the property grounds.

Why they chose this property

We have redone both cottages top to bottom, as well as the property grounds. Perfect for two families or multi-generational family with grandparents in one cottage and the family and kids in the other. Located only 10 minutes away from the village of Saranac Lake and 20 miles from Lake Placid.
