Drie kilometer ten noorden van Moncarapacho ligt deze prachtige, goed onderhouden villa. De villa ligt geheel vrij in het landschap zonder nabij gelegen bebouwing, volledige privacy en rust. Veel natuurlijk lichtinval in huis, een zeer ruime living, 3 twee-pers. slaapkamers, 2 badkamers en een nieuwe volledig ingerichte keuken. Buiten een groot terras op het zuiden met een geweldig zwembad (9x5 meter) en buitendouche. De villa is omringd door een kleurrijke tuin met prachtige bomen en beplanting
