Our house is a perfect location for a and private holiday for family and friends. A wonderful get-away tucked in amongst the carob, almond and olive groves and citrus orchards with views over the countryside and out to the sea.
Casa Katerina has air conditioning in the living room and master bedroom. There are two double bedrooms, one of which has sliding double glazed glass doors leading out to the patio. The third bedroom has twin beds. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. There are two bathrooms in between the bedrooms. The kitchen is large and fitted and has its own entrance door to the patio. The living room is large and has a dining table, air conditioning and has plenty of seating. There is a smart television with digital channels and possibility of accessing streaming platforms. Casa Katerina provides an unlimited wi-fi facility.
We can supply a cot, linen and high chair, charged at 20 euros per week. Please let us know if you have any other requirements.
Casa Katerina offers all home comforts inside the house and outside patios all around the pool and barbeque area are perfect for dining and lounging in or out of the sun. Our mosaiced pool is 4 m x 8 m metres and has steps going down to the 1 metre shallow end through to the 2 metre deep end. A built-in barbeque is situated on the patio outside the kitchen door, along with tables and chairs.
The quaint village of Santo Estevão is 2.7km away from Casa Katerina, there is a popular local restaurant there and a mini supermarket.

The beautiful beaches of Ilha de Tavira, Barril beach and Fuzeta beach are reached within 20 minutes drive.

There are excellent golf courses within 20 to 30 minutes drive from the accommodation. The closest are Benamor, Quinta da Ria and Quinta da Cima, Monte Rei.

A car is recommended for this property, especially in the heat of summer…and for reaching all the beautiful and interesting places further afield. Car rental, taxi transfers and bicycle hire can be organized with local reputable firms in advance or by calling the local representative.
This is a family holiday home and is suitable for children.
All the accommodation is on one level though there are steps up to the house from the drive and down to the poolside, making Casa Katerina suitable for the elderly or less mobile.
To the rear of the house, approximately 40 metres away there is a neighbouring house. The accommodation and terraces are not overlooked.
The property is reached by 830 metres of country unmade road. There is off road parking just beside the house.
This is a typical, quiet countryside residence.
Ashtrays are provided for smoking outside the property.
Due to the possibility of guests being allergic to animal hair, we would rather not allow pets.
Arrivals are flexible, though we aim to keep bookings as close as possible. Departure is by 10am and arrival is from 2pm unless otherwise arranged.
We provide a once weekly linen and bathroom towel change including a clean of the bathrooms. During longer winter lets cleaning and linen changes are agreed on an individual basis.
There will be some toilet paper and soap for arrivals and a hamper of beverages, with additional breakfast and snacks are provided for late arrivals.

Guests will be met at the villa, or otherwise informed where to locate the key and visited soon after arrival. We ensure a prompt and competent service from a team of property managers, who can be contacted at anytime.
