The houseboat villa. nautica is located in the middle of the two state capitals Mainz & Wiesbaden, directly in the idyllic side arm of the Rhine: Urban Living on the only houseboat in the region in the port of Rheinport.

The houseboat has a spacious living room, a bathroom, a kitchen, a cozy bedroom and a terrace. In addition, the villa. nautica with a flat screen TV, W-LAN, induction hob, fridge and coffee machine well equipped.

The houseboat is permanently in the harbor and can therefore not be driven. Nevertheless, you have the opportunity to charter a sports boat on site at special conditions or to book guided boat tours with a skipper. Just talk to us beforehand.
