Tucked away in the Foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, our home offers direct water access to Lake James, as well as beautiful mountain views. Inside a gated community, the property is situated on over 2 wooded acres. Enjoy the great outdoors swimming, boating, fishing, kayaking, hiking trails inside and outside the community, and getting a close look at local wildlife. We are conveniently located between Charlotte and Asheville, also just an hour away from Boone, Blowing Rock, Linville and Banner Elk. A great location to take day trips from. Shopping and groceries are just a 15-minute drive away too.

Boat trailers are not allowed to be parked in the driveways, if you bring a boat, you will need to secure off site parking. The manager can send you information on a location and costs.

Main Level- Open design kitchen, dining for 10, and living room. Access to upper decking and screen porch with wood burning fireplace. The master bedroom and ensuite bath are off the living room and there are 2 other bedrooms that share a full bath on the other side of the entry hall. One with king bed, and the other with 2 twins. The hall has a half bath and stairs to the lower level.

Lower level- Large family room with air hockey, corn hole, and piano. Large covered lower deck with access to upper deck and path to the dock. 2 master suites with queen beds and very spacious baths, laundry room with additional fridge and iron with board, bonus space with 2 twin beds.

There are 5 Smart TVs throughout the house and Direct TV. WIFI is included but speeds can vary in this neighborhood, so we recommend not having too many devices attached at once. Board games are located in the living room and the family room. Guests are welcome to read any books in the home. The private dock has power and lights and 2 kayaks with vests are included.
