While the house is located in a wooded area, which can occasionally result in a spider or web outside in corners, this is a natural part of the environment and does not reflect the cleanliness of the interior. Regarding communication, we strive to be responsive to all our guests. You contacted us late at night, and while we couldn’t respond immediately, we replied within hours and sent our property manager first thing in the morning. The property manager confirmed the house was in clean and normal condition. We also had guests who stayed immediately before your arrival and checked out just two days earlier. They were very happy with their stay and did not report any of the issues you described. As for the WiFi, our connection is stable and reliable. However, if the router is accidentally unplugged—often by kids—it can cause a temporary disruption. We wish this had been brought to our attention so we could have guided you to resolve it quickly. It is important to note that despite your claims, you were unable to provide a single picture or any evidence to support your complaints. As we did not agree to the full refund request, it is unfortunate that your review appears to be retaliatory because we could not meet this demand. We completely understand how these interruptions would have caused unnecessary stress, especially during such a meaningful time as your mother's memorial gathering. With respect to the parking and interactions with the resort's security team, we are truly sorry for the disturbances you faced. The community has very strict rules regarding parking. Only two cars are allowed in front of each house, and additional vehicles must use the designated public parking areas, regardless of occupancy levels. These rules are set by the community to maintain order and are unfortunately beyond our control. We included this information clearly in the check-in instructions to avoid any confusion. As for the pool access, all registered guests are allowed to use the pool unless their names are not listed in the registration. We paid the swimming pool access fees for all the guests during the summer.
