Linens are provided as part of your vacation rental; however, beds are not made in advance of guest stays.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Great Place to Stay!

This was a lovely place to stay for our weeklong vacation. It was clean, ample towels were provided, and check in/out instructions were easy to follow. The host also had beach chairs, toys, and bikes available and had great instructions on how to use all of the property amenities. Would definitely recommend!

Enjoyed our vacation in this condo. It was clean, easy to get to and accessible for quick runs to the store, restaurants and shopping. My kids loved the pool and our evening walks around the pond. Thank you for the stay!

Great location for the Rehoboth/Dewey/State Parks area

Very clean spot with eash access to the area, and my kid loved being able to hit the swimming pool each day after the beach and lunch. We were a 40 year old couple, 6 year old, and 70 year old grandma were perfectly accomdated at this spot. It would easily accomodate two couples and two kids with 2x queen and 2x twin beds.

Cute condo in great location

We mostly enjoyed our stay in this cute home with its open floor plan and great location. It was frustrating that there was absolutely no information left by the owner about the house (especially how to work the tv), and ultimately we had to purchase our own cable package in order to use the tv, since there was no basic cable provided. Although we are getting reimbursed for the expense, it took several hours on our second day to figure this all out, even with the help of a Vacasa employee. The pool and hot tub were great and well-maintained, and we really enjoyed being able to pick up the bike path to Lewes directly behind the complex. My elderly mother was with us and we found the steep set of stairs in the condo difficult for her to manage, so this is something to be aware of for both young children and older guests.

Wonderful rental townhome. Very comfortable and we had everything we needed. Loved that they had bikes, beach chairs and a beach umbrella! Convenient location, close to the beach. Will definitely stay here again!

We loved this condo!

We had a great time, the central location to the beach and shopping, access to the pool amenities and cleanliness of the property was all wonderful. The only issue we had was that the gate codes we were given were incorrect and was frustrating until we received the correct code from the property owner, as the management company confirmed the incorrect codes we were given. Wonderful vacation

Enjoyed everything about the place wish there was a balcony and the cleaning could have been a little better. However, I would definitely rent here again. Great location and loved the pool! Great location and loved the pool!

We have stayed in this property 3 times and each time was great. Gated property. Very secure. The rooms are nice sized. We had a great stay. Love the pool and spa. The parking pass was a great addition this year. All linens and bedding supplied. Great time. We will back next year. Great Place to spend a week!

The property is perfect size for short visit by family of 4. Close to Rehoboth Ave and right on Rt 1, makes great location. Decor of the place was excellent and stylish. Beds at this property didn’t have the most comfortable mattresses, but they were functional. We couldn’t figure out how to get the TV cable working (instructions would’ve been appreciated). We’re not fans of having to clean up after our stay: considering the cost of the rental—and the late check in/early check out schedule , one would not have expected to strip beds, place linens by the curb, and wash dishes before departure.
