Month Long Stay

We stayed for a month to get out of the northern cold. The condo was as advertised. Well stocked with whatever you need. Great location. Easy walk to the beach, near shopping and restaurants. Nice quiet building. We've stayed in the Terrace before and will probably stay again.

Perfect for families on spring break!

Our family had a great stay during our 7 y.o. son's spring break. It was nice to have such close access to the beach while maintaining privacy from the hotel crowds and noise from construction on nearby buildings. The unit comes well-equipped for fun on the sand and the property is very convenient to shops and restaurants. The hosts could not have been nicer or more accommodating. Extremely responsive any time we had a question. Highly recommend this listing!

From my point of view

the condo could use some upgrades. Overall, the biggest problem was that it wasn't clean. Dishes were put away but some were dirty, floors were dirty, bedsheets had hairs on them, bathroom mirrors weren't cleaned.

The owner was extremely communicative! Everything was as we expected based off of the listing info.

We had an amazing stay at this property! The location was perfect for visiting Harbor Walk Village, Crab Island, and so many other restaurants and shopping. It was clean and well stocked!

Great Place!

This was a great location to be at. Not right on the beach, but less than a 5 minute walk. You have access to multiple pools and the beach. It was very clean and we loved our gift basket of goodies that was left!

Nice Place

I thought the condo was a nice place to stay while in Destin. The owners checked in a few times and I thought that was a nice touch. Beds were comfortable and the location was good.. Very pleased-

Impeccable property

The property was exactly as advertised, the place was awesome. Property owner checked in constantly (even though I never needed them). Was stocked with everything you needed to feel at home.

Would definitely stay here again.

This is our second time staying at the resort. This condo was perfect for our family. It's modern and clean. The pool is one of the quieter ones which is nice. Cannot wait to stay here again.
