Thank you Jana for the kind review. Glad you like the neighbor. Hope to see you again. You took very good care of our place.
This property was the perfect location for our family long weekend trip! Close to everything we wanted to do and super clean! Would recommend and would stay again!
My spouse, two kids and I had a lovely stay. The space is the perfect crash pad after a day of adventuring in San Diego! Highlights include a washer dryer, two picturesque balconies for morning coffee or watching the sunset, a big shower and a well stocked kitchen. Both the bed and pullout couch were super comfy. We all agreed we would definitely book this place again!
Very cozy, quiet, and comfortable spot with 2 balcony’s that feel very private and provide pleasant views. It is also very conveniently located near a bunch of restaurants and stores so you don’t have to travel far to get what you need

Tony we are glad you found the space cozy, quiet and comfortable. Also, we agree it is a convenient location for restaurants, the zoo, and coffee shops. You are welcome back for next year's Comic con. We highly recommend you to other hosts.
My wife and I loved this place. Conveniently located, especially for the zoo, with plenty of room, lots of light, quiet, and a very responsive host. Will recommend to friends and family.
This was the perfect spot for our first visit to San Diego. The apartment is spacious, very comfortable and conveniently located. It seemed we were 20 minutes or less from all the key sites and activities. And when we wanted to stay put, we were delighted by the very good restaurants and coffee house, just 2 blocks down the street! Thanks, Laura, for creating this enjoyable space.
for us this was the perfect location. We had an event at the convention center, and wanted to check out San Diego while we were there. it was a get location, because it wasn't far from anything.
The house its self was really clean and had a lot of space. the garden path was my favorite spot!
the parking is VERY tight. if you want to park in the carport get a nice compact vehicle, its the only way.
there is street parking in the front and we left our car there twice... perfectly fine, its a nice wide street so we didnt worry.

Tiara we are happy that you found our home in a great location, clean, and cozy. Those were important factors for us. Yes, it is close to the Convention Center yet in a quiet neighborhood. You were great guests and welcome you back anytime as well as 100% recommend you to other hosts.
My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our one-week stay while vacationing in San Diego. This gorgeous property was a perfect base camp for exploring much of the city and beyond.
We loved the neighborhood as much as we did the city. It felt very quiet and safe. The many coffee shops, restaurants, Target, and even a small brewery within easy walking distance were very convenient. Overall, there was just a very friendly, community feel about the area.
Although there are a couple of rental units on the property, it was quiet and felt very private. Hummingbirds, enjoying the plentiful flowers, were seen far more than our neighboring guests. Parking was always easy. Entry was simple and secure. The house had everything we needed to feel at home.
This is a delightful rental. The building is a charming, historic home with beautiful landscaping, easy parking, in a safe neighborhood and has lots of food and coffee places nearby. The interior is spotless with a full size kitchen, very comfy bed, nice linens, a modern bathroom and windows everywhere to enjoy looking at all those plants or watching the fog roll in! There are a couple other units on the property but you never hear anyone else. Laura, the owner, communicated immediately, but the property managers need to be more thorough when giving check-in info. We will definitely stay here again next year. Thank you, Laura, for sharing your great home !

Junipera Street Apt in San Diego South Park Neighborhood
I grew up in San Diego, so my wife and I come fairly often to visit family. I know the area well, and this apartment and location were perfect for my wife and me. The host was friendly and very nice to deal with. We would definitely stay at this apartment again. The apartment is lovely, nicely appointed, and immaculately well-kept. It's located in the heart of San Diego's South Park neighborhood, a charming, older, gentrified area of mostly smaller craftsman style homes. Within walking distance are a bookstore and other shops, coffee spots, and many restaurants, including one of San Diego's best spots for southwestern-style BBQ. Also close-by is San Diego's iconic St. Augustine High School. The apartment is minutes by car to the Zoo and other Balboa Park attractions, the Balboa Park golf courses, the bustling Hillcrest neighborhood, downtown San Diego, the airport, Old Town, Point Loma, Coronado, and terrific beaches. The apartment is on the second and third floors, with a large living, kitchen, and dining-nook area on the second floor, and a comfortable bedroom and bath on the third floor. There's also a small balcony area overlooking the garden as well as a small terrace with a table and BBQ. The bedroom has a great view of San Diego's mountain foothills. The immediate area is quiet. The apartment has a parking space; there's ample street parking, too. A quirk is the stain glass window above the bathroom sink. A larger shaving/make-up mirror for that spot would nice.
