The primary bedroom boasts a luxurious 12” king hybrid mattress, ensuite bathroom, two spacious closets, blackout curtains, and a private ensuite bathroom with a spa-like standing shower. The second bedroom includes a cozy 12” queen hybrid mattress and its own ensuite bathroom with a relaxing shower/tub combo. For added flexibility, the third floor offers two high-quality Twin XL folding beds with memory foam mattresses — perfectly sized and comfortable for adults.

You will have full access to the unit including the private parking space in front of the garage. Please note that you must approach the parking spot at an angle, so as not to block our neighbor's driveway.
Other things to note
✦ While the condo doesn’t share any floors or ceilings with neighbors, it does share walls on two sides. The building is well insulated, but occasional sounds from neighboring units may be heard.
✦ Please also note that neighbors may occasionally pass through the patio to collect packages that are mistakenly delivered there. Thanks for your understanding!
✦ For parking, be sure to approach the spot at an angle to avoid blocking our neighbor’s driveway.

Clean, comfortable, updated property in quiet neighborhood. Central, convenient location. Host was very accommodating and responded quickly to emails. Highly recommend.
We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo is very nicely decorated and furnished. The parking was a little tight, but manageable. The location is great, walking distance to North Park restaurants etc. we highly recommend this property!
Overall, property was exactly as advertised and perfect for our family of 4. Walking distance to many restaurants and Balboa park. We visited the Zoo, La Jolla Cove, midway aircraft museum, Japanese Gardens and finished the week with a Padres game. San Diego is a beautiful city.
The property was great. Just as listed. Felt just like home. Very spacious and easy to check in and communicate. Quit neighborhood. Great for family. I would recommend to anyone and I would love to come back.
I like it very clean, even the blankets smell fresh and clean (don’t think owners would be wash blankets often so it’s a nice surprise). And Jacob is very friendly and responsive. We asked for one hour late checking out and he quickly just granted. Pillows and beds are comfortable. Just wish the bathroom in master suite has more space and hangers for clothes.
Very clean, finely remodeled apt/townhome. The North Park neighborhood was quiet and made you feel right at home as a San Diego resident--exactly what we were looking for. We enjoyed the food and drinks of the hip North Park neighborhood. The hosts stocked the house with thoughtful toiletries and comforts of a hotel. Superior beds. Communication with the hosts was fantastic. Easy onsite parking and quick driving to all areas of San Diego. Don't hesitate to book...it's a wonderful property to stay while touring San Diego. Especially loved the excellent choices of restaurants, coffee and breweries of North Park.
