The primary bedroom boasts a luxurious 12” king hybrid mattress, ensuite bathroom, two spacious closets, blackout curtains, and a private ensuite bathroom with a spa-like standing shower. The second bedroom includes a cozy 12” queen hybrid mattress and its own ensuite bathroom with a relaxing shower/tub combo. For added flexibility, the third floor offers two high-quality Twin XL folding beds with memory foam mattresses — perfectly sized and comfortable for adults.

Guest access
You will have full access to the unit including the private parking space in front of the garage. Please note that you must approach the parking spot at an angle, so as not to block our neighbor's driveway.
Other things to note
✦ While the condo doesn’t share any floors or ceilings with neighbors, it does share walls on two sides. The building is well insulated, but occasional sounds from neighboring units may be heard.
✦ Please also note that neighbors may occasionally pass through the patio to collect packages that are mistakenly delivered there. Thanks for your understanding!
✦ For parking, be sure to approach the spot at an angle to avoid blocking our neighbor’s driveway.

• The total number of guests must be accurately specified at the time of booking. Only the registered guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. Unregistered visitors or overnight guests are not permitted.

• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• Smoking of any kind (including cigarettes, marijuana, and vaping) is strictly prohibited inside and outside the property. Violations will result in a $500 fine.
