Exceptional

About this property

Lake View Cabin, dog friendly

Beautiful 3 bedroom cabin overlooking Flathead Lake’s Blue Bay and all the way to Wild Horse Island. Very private, situated on 10 acres at end of 1/4 mile driveway. Spacious cedar deck has grill, seating and lighting for enjoying day or night. Amazing sunsets, especially from private master bedroom balcony. Far enough away to be private, but close enough to be convenient. Very comfortable and cozy. Perfect for 2 couples or a family of 4. Dogs are welcome as well.

The interior is all knotty pine paneling and floors and has a master suite upstairs and 2 bedrooms and a bath on the main floor. Kitchen and living room are open to each other. The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need to prepare meals except the food! (We do have a selection of cooking oils & vinegars, spices, etc.)

The large deck has a propane grill and plenty of seating, plus lighting for enjoying at night. The fenced yard has seating around the fire pit and is shaded by one of the cherry trees (they ripen in July!).

We love to travel and like to get to know an area better by staying in a home setting rather than hotels, so we are sharing our home to allow others to do the same.

Why they chose this property

The cabin is 11 miles from Polson, and 20 miles from Bigfork. It is 45 minutes from the Kalispell airport, and 1 1/2 hours from Missoula’s. Glacier National Park is just over an hour away. We are far enough out to be private and quiet, but close enough to have all of the many activities available within easy drives.
