Peace and Relaxation is what you'll find at this uniquely traditional Lake house WITH detached Cabin!
3 Bedrooms (1King and 2 queens) and 2 baths in the main house with 2 beds (queen and queen futon) and 1 bath in the cabin. Large media room with 75" smart TV for family movie nights!
All the charms of vintage Ozarks located in a prime location at the 11 MM. Very large and protected cove for all water sports. Large Dock with 2 swim decks. Lots of covered patio space with plenty of seating. Ample boat trailer parking at the road.
Fully equipped kitchen. Outdoor gas grill. Pedal boat for you to tootle around the cove. Lily pad and water toys available too.
Close by water to Lakehouse 13, Tap and Grill at Millstone, Franky and Louie's. By road Paradise Restaurant and many others. Community Bridge is 10 minutes away and Shawnee Bend 5 public boat ramp is close enough to walk! Also, Pier 11 for bait and tackle and a new bar and grill - Maccabees are within walking distance. Come stay with us and enjoy lake living!

Hello! Our family is from the Kansas City area. We own the property along with our 2 grown sons. With the Lake being just 2 1/2 hours from KC, it's a great place to get away and relax from our busy work weeks. We've been enjoying the Lake since the 1970s!
Why they chose this property
This property is very unique and has so much potential! If you stay every season with us, you'll be in on all the updates that we make along the way! Besides the detached vintage cabin, there is an additional lot that could accommodate an entire new residence!
What makes this property unique
Our 4 slip dock allows you to bring your own boat. (No slips are available but plenty of space to dock on the sides). Great location at the 11MM but a calm water cove! Nostalgic vintage Lake of the Ozarks but with modern upgrades!
