The perfect vacation!
Only a few meters to the Baltic Sea is our beautiful 2 bedroom apartment in Lemkenhafen on Fehmarn.
Lovingly and modern equipped.
In 2019 the bathroom was completely renovated.

The very tastefully furnished apartment is located on the upper floor in a house with 4 apartments in a well-kept resort in the southwest of the island.
The town center and the beautiful marina of Lemkenhafen are only a few steps away from the condominium. There you will find restaurants (eg the famous Aalkate), cafes, the marina, a bike and boat rental and a kite and surf school. Surfers and kiters will find one of the best stables in Lemkenhafen. Also interesting is the mill museum.
The bright and modern designed 2 room apartment is ideal for a maximum of 2 adults with up to one child (up to 3 years in cot).
It is about 46 square meters and has a large flat screen TV 46 inches in the living area.
The large sofa can be converted in addition to a sofa bed.
The modern kitchen and dining area with new floor-to-ceiling picture windows has 2 kitchenettes. They are equipped with a coffee machine, microwave, kettle, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, oven and a ceramic hob.
The brightly decorated bedroom has a cozy double bed made of oiled beech (1.80 m wide).
In the apartment there is a new shower room with new toilet and sink.
The entire living and sleeping area was designed with high-quality design flooring (Rustic wood planks), allergy-friendly!
At free disposal is a high chair and a travel cot.
Also card and board games are available.
The covered balcony invites you to sunbathe or relax enjoying the evening mood. It is located in southwestern direction. Garden furniture is available.
A parking space is located directly in front of the house.
Arrival and departure is on Saturday / Sunday or according to availability and special agreement.
The apartment is non-smoking.
Please smoke on the covered balcony.
No pets.
The prices are incl. Bed linen and tea towels.
Towels must be brought by yourself.
Our occupancy schedule is always up to date.
We wish you a relaxing time.
