Entering the condo you will be immediately met with sunny, open concept living. The eat-in kitchen provides ample space to cook up a feast, with 3 seats at the peninsula so that meal prep can be a social affair. Dining seating for 4 more people is close by. The bright, open floor plan will draw you naturally towards the living area (with fireplace and large flat screen TV) and expansive balcony. Sliding door access to the balcony in 2 of the bedrooms allows perfectly for indoor/outdoor living, or even just to let an evening breeze flow through.

The first bedroom you'll encounter off of the living area features a queen bed and its own TV, as well as views of the south side of the valley and the mountain ranges that Canmore is known for. On the other side of the living area is a den with a bunk bed (twin over double beds), TV, and sliding door access to the balcony. The 3rd and final bedroom is the Master, tucked a little bit away from the living area. This spacious master suite features a king bed, TV, sliding door access to the balcony, and a private en suite with soaker tub.

This condo has room enough for everyone to spread out, but has been designed with spaces that bring everyone together. It perfectly suits a family, or friends travelling together.

Great stay

Loved the suite. Rockies Rentals shared great information and emailed regularly. The king bed was very comfortable and the kitchen is really well stocked with everything you need. The hot tub was large so comfortable with several groups sitting in it. Couple reasons I'm not giving it 5 stars: The location was great if you have a car but a fairly long walk to downtown. The suite is getting a bit worn (cabinets, flooring) so it's not luxury but perfectly serviceable. And when I identified a problem with the bunk bed ladder, the rentals company didn't try very hard to reach me so the problem went unresolved for our 3 night stay. But all in all an excellent place to stay and I would certainly stay here again.

A spacious, calm space for us to unwind in the evenings after adventuring all day in the Rockies! Fabulous views from the windows and on the balcony. We had an issue with the BBQ grill but Charla sent someone over the very day I mentioned the issue & we were able to use the grill that evening! A wonderful stay.

Beautiful property in Canmore with great little rental company

Well appointed condo apartment with 3 bedrooms in a well maintained building with a gorgeous heated outdoor pool and hot tub. Outside fire table. Easy underground parking. By booking the premium upgrade for a small cost we had a more flexible cancellation policy and benefits such as use of a National Parks Pass. Rockies Rentals were a great company to rent with and I would recommend them.

Overall a nice stay. The condo was not especially clean. The grill did not work. Appliances were older and the stove was not great. There was construction close to the condo with noise that was present throughout the stay. I think this is something that potential guests should know prior to booking.

Great place to stay

This was a great place to stay. Easy check in, very clean and good parking. The heated pool and hot tub were a nice bonus. We had eight adults and fit perfectly thanks to the two pull out couches. Would recommend this place to anyone for a mountain getaway!

Perfect Stay

Location, place, and all the essentials! Definitely the right place to stay if you plan on visiting the Banff area! The place was clean and very well kept. Plenty of room to wind down and relax in the unit and by the pool! Great balcony and room views of the Three Sister Mountains. Had only one issue with the grill gas line. They came and fixed the issue promptly. Rockies Rentals were very attentive to make sure the stay was like home, and it was better!
