Upper level condo with fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washer and dryer. Beach equipment, boogie boards, nets, umbrellas and beach chairs are provided. Paper products, laundry detergent also provided.

Great stay

Mostly used the place to sleep but I loved the location. Easy access to the beach, clean and nice place to stay. Overall a great place to book for your trip to Cocoa Beach.

Great Experience

Location and property were great. Steps from the beach and nearby shopping / restaurants. Beach items were supplied (boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas, etc...). It was nice to be able to shop at the nearby Publix and do some cooking at the rental to save $ but a short drive to eat out and may great establishments. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location

All the best shops are close and great places to eat. I like the private beach entrance. Amber was great and very accommodating. The stairs are hard on the knees, but that is the only down side.

Great location and friendly host

We had a wonderful time at the apartment. It was exactly as described: very clean and just a few steps from the ocean – truly a great location. Amber, the host, was extremely friendly and helpful. She provided detailed information before our arrival and made sure that all our questions were answered. Even during our stay, she stayed in touch and was always available if needed. Cocoa Beach is a beautiful area, and in June the beach was clean and not crowded. We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back. Thank you very much!

Hi we are Glenn and Amber. We happened upon Cocoa Beach years ago on a vacation and have been going back for years since. We love the location along A1A and find it to be relaxing and close to so many things to do. We are hopeful you will enjoy the area as we do. We are a military and LEO family.

The Diplomat is well situated in Cocoa Beach close to shopping, dining, and the beach of course.

What makes this property unique

This is a second floor condo with dishwasher, washer and dryer. We have a no contact check in process and the condo is maintained vacant for a minimum of 48 hours between guests.
