Das Bauernhaus is a 2 Bedroom 1.5 bath Modern Texas Hill Country Farmhouse. Large two private Queen bedrooms with a shared full bathroom on the second floor and beautiful hill country views from every window. Beds have brand new Beautyrest Plush mattresses with high count organic cotton sheets and down comforters. A
few short minutes to the wine shuttle and downtown Fredericksburg. You will enjoy the peaceful Texas Hill Country as it should be enjoyed. 1 of 3 homes spread across 17 acres allows privacy or your large group to spread out if you book all units. Enjoy the quiet of the Texas Hill Country with beautiful Texas star filled nights. Quiet morning walks around the large property with deer, antelope, wild turkeys, rabbit, and other wildlife or visit our own goats, and miniature donkeys. All of this with high-speed internet (though we encourage you to unplug and enjoy our Texas Hill Country). The kitchen is equipped with Keurig coffee maker, stovetop, pots, pans, dishes glasses and utensils. The cabin has a King and Queen private bedrooms with high thread count 100% organic cotton sheets and their own ensuite large baths with dual sink vanity, separate tub and showers. Wonderful peaceful stay.

We had such an amazing stay. Lovely house, kitchen had all you need to cook if desired, beds were super comfortable, and fast communication with the owner. Such a nice break from city life to be in the country with stars all around. The animals were so fun to visit and the most adorable pig I’ve ever laid eyes on. Highly recommend this house for a stay Fredericksburg.

My husband and I had the most relaxing stay at Das Bauernhaus! The cutest modern farmhouse on a beautiful property. Spencer was a great host and gave some great recommendations for restaurants and things to do during our stay. We can’t wait to go back!

Peaceful country farmhouse

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Sweet little Missy the goat kept us on our toes. Just hanging out and watching all the animals was relaxing. The sky at night was beautiful. Accommodations were excellent! Felt at home when we walked in the door.
