The living area is appointed with an upscale comfy sofa, an equally comfortable chair, an electric fireplace with heat, a wall mounted large screen Roku TV and a separate AC/Heating unit. Wi-Fi is also provided. Please bring your own log-in information for your favorite streaming channels. The kitchen features an eating counter with two barstools, full size appliances, dishwasher, microwave, a Keurig combination coffee maker (traditional brewing or K-cups) and a refrigerator with an ice maker. The large bathroom is equipped with plenty of towels and a walk-in glass enclosed shower. Outdoors you can enjoy a private covered and screened conversation area with upholstered furniture and outdoor floor lamps, another covered open patio with dining for 6 and a hard-plumbed gas grill. Please note that firewood is not provided. If your trip is to celebrate a special occasion your host would be happy to set up and deliver flowers, Charcuterie boards, cakes, pastries and/or balloons prior to your arrival and at an additional charge. (Kindly give as much notice as possible). Public amenities within the resort at Waterside at Blue Ridge are there for your enjoyment and use. They include an outdoor wood burning pizza oven, a playground, a saltwater swimming pool (pool is closed to the public from mid-October to May), a public pavilion with an outdoor TV, upscale public showers, laundry facilities and an open-air deck overlooking the pond. There are occasionally special park events that you are welcome to join. Check the bulletin board at the pavilion to see if there is anything you may want to partake in. Should you choose to venture out and explore the sights of the North Georgia mountains historic Blue Ridge and all its quaint shops and restaurants is within a ten-minute drive from your location as well as the following popular destinations...….Blue Ridge Marina and Lake Blue Ridge are approximately a 10-15 minute drive, Brasstown Bald (the highest point in Georgia), 33.9 miles--- Blue Ridge Scenic Railroad, 7.5 miles---The Ocoee Adventure Center (whitewater rafting, kayaking and more), 19.2 miles--Appalachian Trail Rides, 8.3 miles---Blue Ridge Marina, 4.4 miles----Morganton Point (public beach and public boat launch), 1.2 miles----Serenberry Vineyards, 5.4 miles----Mercier Orchards, 8.6 miles------Toccoa Riverside restaurant and lounge, 13.6 miles----Rolling Thunder River Company, 12.9 miles-----Nottely Dam public beach and boat launch, 11.9......Walmart and Ingles Market are 5.6 and 5.3 miles away.
While this tiny home is pet friendly it is required that all four legged family members be cleaned up after and on a leash at all times when outdoors. Should your beloved pet have behavior issues such as separation anxiety, it is requested that they not be included in your stay as this can be disturbing to surrounding residents and vacationers. Sorry, but due to insurance liabilities and guidelines the following dog breeds are not permitted on the premises......Doberman Pinchers, German Shepherds, Rottweilers, Pit Bulls, Presa Canarios, Staffordshire Terriers, Chow Chows, Akitas, Wolf-hybrids, Mastiffs, Cane Corsos, Great Danes, Alaskan Malamutes and Siberian Huskies. In addition, if a pet is included in your reservation, please advise via email the type of pet and its breed. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated. I would also like to add that I do not, nor will I buy into the stereotypes that some breeds of dogs are at the mercy of. For example....I know a sweet pit bull named Nova that is the kindest and most gentle soul I have ever met. I've actually met nastier cats! Although I love cats too. That being said please advise me of any exceptions to the above-mentioned breeds. I trust you, their humans, to know their tolerances and limitations and their behavior when subjected to strange noises, other dogs, children and adults.
Pet fees are not included in any fees charged and retained by VRBO.
I also own the RV on site 55 next door to the Tiny Home. Please note that the RV is suitable for only 2 adults and no children or pets are permitted, but many of my past guests have enjoyed the convenience of booking both properties for larger family/friend gatherings. However please remember that the RV is set up for only 2 adults and children and pets are not permitted in the RV. Thank you

Exceeded all my expectations. The cabin was fully stocked with all you would need for your stay. Communication with host was great! Very well decorated and cozy one of the best cabins I’ve stayed in at Waterside so far and I’ve stayed many times.

Thank you for your glowing review, Stacey. I'm happy to know that it met your expectations. I am hoping to be your host again in the future. Craig
Great host. Very adorable tiny house in a very clean and friendly RV park. I can’t wait to book again soon. Pets were welcome without breaking the bank. I felt like I was at home but with no chores. Highly recommended this vacation rental
Cabin is sooo cute. Lot's of outdoor space to relax and hang out together. Craig has everything you could need! Great location, maybe 10mins to get to down town Blue Ridge. We love the area, and the cabin was great location for short drives to state parks for hiking, apple orchards, etc..
My husband and I, along with our little fur baby, had a wonderful stay at this property. It is amazing! Beautifully decorated and it is a tiny house that doesn't feel tiny at all. The outdoor spaces are just as beautiful as the inside. So comfortable and welcoming. We will definitely want to stay here again!
Fabulous property!! Everything about this tiny home was incredible. Super clean, extremely comfortable and well planned space. The owner was very easy and prompt in communication and any questions we had. The outdoor spaces were amazing! Even though it was cold we could enjoy the outdoor space on the well furnished screened in back porch. Easy drive into town with a huge grocery store even closer. The gated community itself was very nice. Clean and well kept and very family oriented. Felt very safe. If you like to hike check out the trails around Project Chimps. An unexpected bonus!Highly recommend this home

Thanks again for choosing my tiny home. I am grateful for the glowing review, and I am pleased to know that you enjoyed your accommodations and the surrounding area. I hope I can be your host again in the future. Craig
We had such a great weekend staying here. It was perfect for our family of three including our fur baby. Even though it’s a tiny home you have plenty of space. There are also plenty of activities within the community to keep you busy. We were able to check out the pool and put the dog park to use. It was a great weekend and Craig made it super easy and enjoyable.
Very cute tiny house. Everyone I met in the campground was very nice, great little community. I enjoyed the pool. Craig is a great host and makes you feel right at home.
Owner was great with keeping communication. It was a nice touch that things such as remotes and toilet had some type of seal to show they had been cleaned and sterilized. Full size couch and big smart tv's were a bonus. Internet worked great for us too.
The property was as advertised. Very cozy, comfortable tiny home just a few miles outside of Blue Ridge. Well kept, clean and bery inviting. Ample dishes and cutlery, good size washer/dryer, full size bathroom with large shower stall. The 3 large section deck with grill and fire pit is spectacular! We just wishe had more than a long weekend in Blue Ridge
Amazing!.......The place is just like is shows on the site but much cuter in person. Don't be fooled by the size, the house is well equipped with everything that you need. Wonderful community for the kids, with a pool general store and fishing ponds. Don't pass this place by when looking, go ahead and book it.
I booked this tiny house for a long weekend to celebrate my birthday. It was me my mom and my dog. The house itself had everything you need and then some. Upon arrival we walked onto a spacious covered deck with an attached uncovered deck and screened porch. Inside we were greeted to an adorably decorated home complete with full sized appliances (except the cutest dishwasher I have ever seen) and it was clean as a pin. We had plenty of space and the loft made me feel like a kid again with mom taking the downstairs bedroom. We spent so much time sitting outside and on a clear night the uncovered deck is the perfect spot to stargaze. The entire neighborhood is a delight with a pool, multiple seating areas, small store and peaceful surroundings. My mom went to buy a deck of cards which the store didn’t have so the manager went to her house and brought us a deck of hers. Every single person we met was so nice and that was something this southern girl misses where I currently live.Craig the owner was so helpful and checked in to see if we arrived safely or needed anything. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Hiking close by, local shops and friendly people just a few hours from Atlanta. We will be back!

I thrilled to know that your birthday weekend was enjoyable. I strive to give my guests a wonderful experience. Thank you for sharing your experience, Amanda. I look forward to being your host again. Craig
The Tiny House was a fun and relaxing stay. Only 1 1/2 hours away from Metro Atlanta, this was a short drive, but instantly felt like home! The bed on the main floor was super soft and very comfortable. Everything was clean and lots of thoughtful touches such as a basket of snacks on the kitchen counter. We had two adults and found that we had plenty of space. The bathroom was full sized (as we had worried it would be cramped in a Tiny House), and the shower had good water pressure. We had no issues during our stay and the Waterside Community was great. We were stuck inside mainly due to a Cold and Windy weekend, but I imagine the community is bustling during the summer months. Loved the ponds, and we hoped to fish, but got rained out. Even our beagle, Scout, had a good time! The porch was very pretty and very cozy and inviting, and we loved the indoor fireplace! We also tried out The Cove Fish Camp, which was super close by and had delicious fish tacos there! And as we checked in, we were greeted by 7 deer and a flock of Robins. Very pretty and relaxing stay! We hope to be back soon!
Thanks again for choosing my tiny home. I am pleased to know that you enjoyed your stay.
