Nice apartment in Rovinj-Borik for 2-4 people 200 m from the beach
Our house is located in a beautiful and quiet part of Rovinj called Borik. There is a lot of green here, because behind our garden a green belt up to 200 m wide stretches along with the beach. The green belt with the beach are kilometers long and everyone can find a place just for himself
There are restaurants, bars and a children's playground on the beach.
On the ground floor of the house is the owner's apartment, which is available to guests 24 hours a day and speaks three foreign languages: Italian, English and German.
The beach is 200 meters away, the first restaurant, the retail trade and the bus stop are only 50 meters away.

It consists of 1 bedroom with a double bed (king size), living room-kitchen with a couch (extra beds for 1-2 people), bathroom, 2 terraces, satellite TV, air conditioning, parking space in the courtyard.
The apartment is fully furnished with everything you need for a pleasant holiday: bed linen, towels, tablecloths, tea towels, coffee machine,
