Unser Aufenthalt war super alles sehr sauber , die Wohnung sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Lage war gut wir hatten Fahrräder dabei.

Schöne ruhige Wohnung

Bei unserer Ankunft hat uns die Vermieterin Sonja sehr freundlich empfangen und war jederzeit für Fragen aufgeschlossen und hilfsbereit. Wir haben die helle Ferienwohnung (sie liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend) mit dem schönen Balkon und Blick in den Garten sehr geschätzt. Der Privatparkplatz im Innenhof ist besonders praktisch. Zu Fuß sind es 3 min zum nächsten Konzum und ungefähr 20 min in die schöne Innenstadt und an den Strand. Nur 5 min ist der nächste Fahrradverleih entfernt und wir haben unsere Ausflüge mit dem Rad im nahen Naturschutzpark Zlatni Rt an der Küste entlang und Richtung Süden sehr genossen.

Perfektes Apartment

Bei Ankunft wurden wir direkt mit einem Getränk begrüßt. Das Apartment war sauber, ordentlich und entsprach voll unseren Erwartungen. Die Küchenzeile ist neu, mit einem Induktionsherd und umfangreich mit Geschirr und Utensilien ausgestattet. Der Balkon ist groß genug um mit 4-5 Personen gemütlich zu frühstücken oder abends zusammen zu sitzen. Parkmöglichkeiten sind auf dem Grundstück für alle Apartments vorhanden, so dass die Fahrzeuge sicher untergestellt werden können. Die Lage entspricht in etwa genau der Mitte zwischen dem Strand und der Altstadt. Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar, auch der nächstgelegene Supermarkt liegt gleich um die Ecke (ca. 200-300 Meter). Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich. Bei der Ankunft (ein Sonntag) hat sie darauf hingewiesen, dass die Duschkabine vom Vormieter beschädigt wurde. Am darauffolgenden Montag wurde diese sofort von einem Handwerker repariert. Bei unserem nächsten Urlaub in Rovinj werden wir sehr gerne wieder dieses Apartment buchen.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in Rovinj und würden jederzeit wieder Sonjas Wohnung buchen! Alles war sauber und ruhig, die Wohnung erfüllt absolut ihren Zweck und auf dem großen Balkon lässt es sich super entspannen. Zu Fuß ist man in 15-20 min am Hafen und der nächste Supermarkt ist fußläufig zwei Minuten entfernt. Sonja ist super nett und mit Händen und Füßen konnten wir uns dann doch gut unterhalten, wir fühlten uns willkommen und gut aufgehoben! Jederzeit gerne wieder!

Lovely place with a good manager

In general, it was a wonderful place to stay. We had our room upstairs and it just had a lovely balcony where we could sit and chill. They had all the basic needs you needed, and the manager was just an awesome and nice person. I don’t know it’s common decency or she really liked us, but at the end she gave a small bag with lavendel of her own garden. Just awesome. I would definitely come here again!
