Quiet, comfortable, clean older house in the country yet close to everything you need. Host was easy to reach and very accommodating. A perfect place for my two weeks at a horse show. Only negative was the washer and dryer were not useable due to a previous guest’s abuse but the host offered to have the laundry done.
We booked this for an extended stay for a competition at the Kentucky Horse Park. The property was perfect! Super convenient to the horse park and had everything we needed. The host was a pleasure to work with and was very responsive. We will definitely be booking this again for future stays!
Secluded , cozy feel. Owner was super nice, wonderful mattress. Right near an orchard which was a pleasant surprise. We went to red river gorge one way and arc and creation museum the other way , so a good half way point.
The house looked exactly as pictured was well stocked with things vacationers might need, and super clean.
The master bedroom was spacious with multiple options for clothing storge. We were comfortable and felt relaxes and safe throughout our visit.
The location was quiet and easy access to nearby tourism opportunities, including day trips to The Creation Museum ,The Ark Encounter and The Horse park.
It was also convenient to local shopping and dining in Georgetown.
Last thought ,Laurie was Great to work with.
Thank you for offering your home as a vacation rental.

My husband and I stayed at this pretty little property. It's well laid out and we had everything that we needed. The hostess responded promptly when we had a question. She was very nice. The only negative thing that I can say is that there was some kind of motor outside that ran all night. It probably wouldn't have bothered us if we hadn't just been through the hurricanes and had to run the generator.
This place was everything we could have hoped for. We were there for the Breedeer's cup and were made to feel welcome from the start. We would have gladly paid more. The entire time, there was nothing we could have asked for that wasn't provided. The pictures do not do the location justice. The near-by town of Gerogetown was a great place to get a meal and a cocktail. Everything from the beds to the books were compliments to the genteel nature of the location.
