Welcome to Sea Oats #2!

This adorable duplex apartment is perfect for a small family or empty nesters. There are 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king size bed. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds. The bathroom includes a new vanity and a new tub/shower and is located just outside the bedrooms.

Enjoy the open concept living area with beautiful views of the ocean through the new picture windows. Cable and internet are included with your stay. We have lovingly updated the kitchen with adorable painted cabinets and granite countertops while still maintaining the "Old Florida" charm. Everything you need to prepare meals at home is at your fingertips. *Please note, there is no dishwasher or ice maker.*

Enjoy the sound of the waves on your ocean front screened-in porch with a private boardwalk to the beach. A park style grill sits off the back deck so you can grill up your fresh catch!

Bed linens, bath towels, and beach towels are provided. The apartment has a washer and dryer. Starter supply of paper products is also provided.

This apartment is a duplex. There is a storage area separating the two units and there are no shared spaces. The adjoining property’s VRBO number is 2845870.

This home is pet friendly and allows (1) dog for a $75.00 non-refundable pet fee. If you have any additional pets please contact me and we can discuss.

Weekly rentals only. Enjoy one week free if you stay for 3 weeks in November, December, January, or February! Discount applied after booking.
Saturday check-in only during summer high season, flexible check-in/check-out during low season.

The property is unique because it’s ground level with direct access to the beach from the back lanai. The property was clean and functional…no frills but absolutely adequate for a great stay. The ocean views and sounds were marvelous. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. It’s a duplex and we were blessed with fantastic neighbors. I can absolutely recommend it to anyone seeking a relaxing visit to the beach.

Great spring stay

Beautiful beach front, excellent if with a dog. Very clean and well-equipped, stylish apartment. Owners were very friendly and responsive over our month long stay.

Perfect cozy beach cottage

We had a wonderful stay over Thanksgiving week. The cottage is cozy but was perfect for my mom who has some mobility issues. The screened in porch was wonderful. Kitchen was well stocked.

Quiet and Cozy

We truly enjoyed our stay at this vacation property. It’s cozy but had plenty of room for my husband, doggy, and me. It had everything we needed to cook meals and enjoy a comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend this property.
