Upon arriving at the property we found cockroaches in the kitchen, blood in the back of a door of one of the bathrooms, mojo in the bathtubs also called the owner because the pool has no privacy because it has cameras and the owner did not want the camera to disconnect I have been renting in balmoral resort for 7 years and this is the first time I have had these situations

I’m sorry to hear that was their experience. Our home is always clean. It’s funny this was mentioned in the review because we have rules that if there’s anything amiss upon arrival, to reach out immediately so we can have their findings resolved. Yet the only thing we received a call about is our OUTDOOR camera that overlooks our pool area in a very open public place, as none of the homes have private fences. We DID however find our cameras covered which has caused damage, vomit on our patio sliding glass doors, in the tracks and something else we weren’t able to identify, heavily soiled bed linens, and the refrigerator and freezer left extremely dirty with the shelves torn off their respective places and thrown back in the freezer….. I would err on the side of caution when deciding to rent to this family

We've created character themed rooms for the kiddies, comfortable rooms for the adults, a private pool (heated optional) w/lounge area and propane grill. Rest assured, no one will wait for a restroom because every room comes with a full bath!
