Upon departure, all dog poop mast be picked up from the property and put in outside trash container. Failure to do so will result in $50 charge against your security deposit.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

House was very clean. Hosts were quick to respond. Nice quiet neighboorhood. My only suggestions would be to update the kitchen and fence but we truly did enjoy staying there.

It was great. Thank you. The door to the carport was unlocked and I noticed it a day and a half after I was in secondly, there’s something alive underneath the propane tank on the deck not sure what but my dog was very interested

Perfect rental for a visit with family

The owner was extremely accommodating, allowing us to check in the day of our booking (and on Easter Sunday) after we needed to travel to FL from NC because of a death in the family. The home was perfect for us and our dog, great fenced in back yard! A short drive to downtown Dunedin and close proximity to family, a perfect rental experience for us! Thanks again!

Florida Mishap

While visiting Florida we had to stay an unexpected extra 2 weeks and were able to find this beautiful house at the last minute. It was in a nice quiet neighborhood with lots of restaurants nearby, and still not too far from the water.

The place was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything needed for a stress-free getaway.The host was incredibly responsive and made the check-in/check-out process a breeze. The home features a large driveway, a fully fenced backyard, a comfortable outdoor space with seating, and a BBQ grill. Guests have access to the entire house offering 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a living room with a smart TV, dining room, fully-equipped kitchen, and a washer & dryer.

DOGS are welcome! A one-time $150/pet will be added to your total after your reservation is made.

***We want you to know that we’re doing our part to help our Airbnb guests stay safe by cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces (light switches, doorknobs, cabinet handles, remotes, etc.) before you check in.***

For stays over 1 month, the cleaning fee double (considered deep cleaning)

Guests with dogs and service animals — please make sure to pick up after your pets/animals and properly dispose of the waste. If any waste is left in the front or back yards, a cleaning fee of $50 will be added to your reservation total.
