We enjoyed the stay very much. The rooms were a bit cool for us but the host tried to make it comfortable by covering some vents so the AC was not blowing so strongly. Great location!

My daughter had an amazing month-long stay at this property. The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a long visit. Location is right at the Metro which made our sightseeing easy. Restaurants and Trader Joe's are right there. Apartment is nice and clean. Perfect place to crash at the end of the day.

Anniversary trip!

We really enjoyed our stay here! It is the perfect location and only steps away from the Metro which takes you to anywhere you want to go.It is a very nice family neighborhood with restaurants and stores all within walking distance. We parked our vehicle in front of our unit all week with a parking permit and we didn’t need to drive anywhere until we left. Our basement unit was just as we expected, it was clean and had everything we needed. We were so glad we stayed here!

Cannot beat this location!

A fantastic location in the Capitol Hill neighborhood. Easy 15 minute walk to the Capitol or just walk a block to the Metro straight to the center of town. Wonderful restaurants everywhere!
