We had a great stay. We loved the location. Host was super helpful and responsive. Bed were very comfortable. We'd stay here again! Thanks for having us.
Location was wonderful and Rosevelt was very quick to respond every time I messaged him. Very clean and has everything you need. Lots of nearby restaurants to choose from as well as a couple grocery stores too.
We enjoyed our stay as the property was interesting, clean, and well located. Parking was easy and the neighborhood was great for taking walks. The doors were a bit hard to open and close, but nothing to complain about. There are some stairs to contend with, but that wasn't a problem for our group.
You can take the streetcar up to Union Station which connects to all city transportation. Unique interior and cozy and comfy. Two and 1/2 baths, worked out great for our party.
The property location was perfect for us as we were attending a wedding near the capital. Lots of amenities around the property in a nice neighborhood. The property was clean but a little smaller than we thought it would be. The back deck and rooftop deck need to be renovated. Otherwise good for our purposes.
Really enjoyed our stay here. Small but sweet two-bedroom townhouse in a super cute neighborhood. X2 bus stops right on the corner, Union Station and metro 10 minutes by foot. Parking out back was a huge bonus as we arrived by car. Restaurants and groceries close by (really liked Cane). Would definitely stay again!
We enjoyed our stay immensely, communication was spot on, house was well stocked and very clean. We loved being able to watch fireworks from the rooftop patio. Location was very convenient for all our activities.
We were very pleased with the property. Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen. Outdoor patio needs some work, but inside the house was perfect. 1/2 block from Whole Foods and bus line to Metro Union Station. Would definitely stay here again.
The check in went easy. The host was very responsive and helpful with our questions. He checked with us half way the stay to see if we needed anything. It was a great location.
This home is well kept and in a great neighborhood.
Three great restaurants within walking distance and a Whole Foods within a block.
Very well equipped. Nice linens and towels.
Great stay.

Stayed here while visiting multiple things around the National Mall. 13 minute walk to Union Station or a quick Uber to our locations made things easy. The Giant grocery was an easy walk too. In spite of being in the city - this location is super quiet! Had a nice time relaxing in the living room after long days of sight seeing.
This property is very clean and cute and in a great neighborhood. We were able to easily walk to Union Station to catch the Metro or just walk around the neighborhood as there is a lot of restaurants and shops close by. There is a parking spot behind the house that is closed in by a gate so your vehicle is safe. We were able to easily park our SUV in the space. The owner is very responsive and detailed, which I truly appreciated. I definitely would stay at this property again the next time I am in DC.
The place was just as pictured. The owner was extremely responsive of questions and our one need.
The unit is stocked better than most all vbros. If you want it, they have put it in there.
Half a block from grocery store which is nice.
Stayed 3 nights with my daughter to explore the sights of DC. Great location and the place had everything we needed: good beds, good showers, good wifi. We did not use the well stocked kitchen. The apartment is in a traditional townhouse, so everything is quite petite, from rooms to staircase to bathrooms. But great place nevertheless. And Rosevelt was a pleasure to deal with!
Stayed here while visiting the Capitol and the National Mall. A quick Lyft to and from our locations made things easy. The Giant and Whole Foods stores are an easy walk. The unit was well stocked, kitchenware was in great condition and everything we needed was there. Better stocked than most places we have stayed. Very hot during our stay and the back bedroom AC struggled to get the temp below 80 degrees. Guests with larger body sizes may find the stairs, kitchen and front bedroom bathroom difficult to navigate. Access to roof deck is via spiral staircases inside and outside. Overall a really nice place to stay for our trip.
This was our first time in D.C as a family and this home did not disappoint. The owner was super accommodating and so easy to reach. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip. This place was amazing
Very much like presented, cute, not a lot of extras, good location, needs handrails for all of steep stairs, one bathroom was tiny; would love a book about how to use tv, coffee maker, where to eat. Host was GREAT about responding.
