About this property

One mile from downtown Palm Springs in the best neighborhood in the city. Walking distance to bars and restaurants with full access to a quiet hot tub and pool area. Use the bonfire on our private patio to hang and admire the stars. Quiet, bright two-desk office space off of patio/dining room, perfect for crushing work from home. Get in a ride on the Peloton bike or sunrise yoga on the huge balcony. Enjoy a Cali-king Purple mattress in the upstairs bedroom and a comfy Queen bed downstairs. Both have private bathrooms / showers. Private driveway w/ street parking available as well. Kitchen is fully equipped for home cooking and brewing Specialty coffee.

We are looking for monthly renters (1-3 months) that want to live in the low desert this summer. This is an ideal location for couples or 1-3 friends who are looking to explore life in Greater Palm Springs. We're 2 min from great restaurants, 5 min from Las Palmas Brewing, 10 min to the Tram, tons of hiking and biking trails, 30 min to other desert cities, and 40 mins to Joshua Tree and Pioneertown. Open to small dogs upon discussion. Must be respectful of the space and our neighbors.
