We are sorry to hear about your troubles with the bed and shower during your stay, but we wanted to reach out and let you know that the owner has remedied those issues. The supports under the mattress were not in the correct place, causing the mattress to sag in the middle. We sincerely hope that you will come back and stay with us at Holiday Surf! Our front desk is staffed 24/7 for anything you may need. We also have a full in-house maintenance staff to assist with any issues that arise.
