This home is great to stay and relax in with friends and family for a reunion ,place to stay while at a local wedding, local tournaments, boating on Lake Palestine or enjoying the Rose City of Tyler Tx restaurants, theatres,and shopping which is approx 20 min away. 
It is a  3 bedroom that features cozy comfortable new beds (sleeps 6 in bedrooms) and a pull out couch bed, as well. Wonderful furniture to relax in, a spacious stocked kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, which is open to the vaulted ceiling living room with 65” tv and dining area to enjoy great conversation while preparing meals. Keurig coffee maker with starter pack of coffee pods , toaster, mixer, blender, plates, drinking glasses, coffee cups, utensils and more.
 Back patio is a place to relax in for your morning coffee on the patio furniture or a evening bbq with our bbq while enjoying the rear yard that is a wooded treelined greenbelt with the occasional deer grazing. 
There are 3 marinas and launch ramp nearby, and kids as well as adults can enjoy the nearby enclosed water park. Located near Brookshire’s local grocery store and gas station, Dollar General, great BBQ at Smoke Monkey plus drive-thru restaurants. Let us know if you have any questions.
