Whether you'd like to enjoy the quiet view from the window seat in the master bedroom or fish by dock with friends and family, this cottage is sure to meet all your needs. Featured in this cozy 2B1B cottage is a secondary sitting that also doubles as a bedroom/desk area, a screened in porch, a huge backyard for kids to play, and a boathouse for your boat. Come enjoy everything this cottage by the lake has to offer.

Please feel free to text me if you need anything; I am just minutes away.
-Pets allowed with a 100$ non-refundable fee. (Dogs only)
-No pets allowed on the beds/linens
-All trash must be bagged.
-Strip used beds for checkout.
-White towels for indoor use only.
-Do not put charcoal in gas grill!
-Propane tank available upon request (not filled)
-Absolutely no smoking allowed in the house
-Clean kitchen before check out(11am)

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Check-out is at 11 am. We kindly ask that you leave a clean kitchen, strip used beds, make sure all trash is bagged and dispose of in garbage can by the curb.
You can leave the key in the windowsill. Thank you so much for staying with us. I hope you enjoyed your stay
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
