Cozy Casita, Private Big Backyard + Firepit, 6 Min to RIVERWALK San Antonio

Our newly renovated cottage house is located 6 min from the heart of Downtown San Antonio! It’s charming, but mighty. While the home is only 1188 square feet, it’s open and airy layout can accommodate up to 10 people. The neighborhood is a safe, up-and-coming neighborhood located in one of San Antonio's oldest urban neighborhoods. This area is going through tremendous growth and gentrification. Whether you are visiting your love ones graduating from Air Force basic training, attending a conference, or just visiting sensational San Antonio, It’s a cozy fit!
The home is furnished with two queen-size memory foam beds and three full-size memory foam beds. (We'll let you draw straws to decide who is sleeping where—ha!) The optimal amount of guests would be 8-10 people. Happy Hallidays welcomes you to soaring ceilings and gleaming hardwood flooring, while leaving much of the traditional architecture character intact. Inside the kitchen, you'll find all the silverware, pots, pans and plates you need to pretend like you’re going to cook yourself dinner from scratch! The living room is furnished with a smart flat-screen tv where you'll be able to watch your favorite shows/movies with family and friends. In terms of amenities, we've got you covered too! You'll have access to important things like: An iron, blow dryer, towels, soap, napkins, oxygen and more. As we mentioned earlier, our casita is so perfect, you'll want to stay forever. We've had guests ask. Just kidding. (But seriously)
Guest access: You'll have access to the entire home. This will include the back patio and big back yard. Other things to note In an effort to maintain a secure premises, the cottage house is equipped with six exterior cameras. The cameras are ONLY on the exterior, and there are no cameras on the inside.
