Love this place!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this house! The appliances were updated, nice decor, nice bathrooms and everything was clean. The house was very spacious and owner was very responsive. I would 100% stay here again!

This is a beautiful place close to main attractions.

The place is exceptionally clean and has everything you could possibly need during your stay. It is very close to Alamo, river walk and lots of other stuff.

Great stay

We stayed for my son’s Air force BMT graduation. Location was perfect! Close to everything we needed. Really clean, had everything we needed. Provided soaps, shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent, garbage bags, TP - everything we needed. Especially since we flew there. Ricardo brought us a sheet set we were missing right away. Would definitely stay if ever visiting again!!

Great little place

Clean and cozy place for our family of 4! Our son graduated from BMT and we wanted a place he could come back and relax and watch TV. It was perfect! Neighborhood was quiet and we were able to sleep without hear a ton of traffic or outside noises. Probably could use a few more dishes, but we made due with what we had. The book on the counter says the dishwasher is out of commission so I hand washed the dishes. But the dishwasher looks brand new so we were not sure if the book just hasn’t been updated but we didn’t want to take any chances. All in all great place and we’d stay here again when we come back to the area.

Quiet and clean

The neighborhood was old but for a downtown neighborhood it was quiet and we felt safe. Everything we wanted to do was within a 20 min drive (Six Flags, the River Walk, and Sea World). Communication with Ricardo was good he, took care of our needs quickly. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to SA.

The house was very clean and well furnished. It lacked sufficient utensils and glassware.The dishwasher was not working, so had to hand wash after every meal. There was no drying rack for dishes. There were insufficient sauce pans. We called to have some sent over, but received nothing but a second skillet and dutch oven. Needs to be a greater assortment of bowels.Bathroom was great. On site laundry was great.Main living area tv did not get network or local tv reception.Property is located close to walking trails and grocery. Had to drive to access walking trail because of dogs running loose in the neighborhood. One did attack. One left a large calling card on driveway.Property had a funny smell that did not go away and could be smelled above air fresheners and potpourri simmering on the stove.Hot water took a long time to come on and hotwater pressure in kitchen was poor.

Great location, cute house, needs a few things

We stayed here with two adults and two young adults for Spring Break. The house is very clean and newly remodeled, beds were comfortable. The location was very convenient to downtown. The neighborhood is in transition and has some houses that are not well cared for; however, the neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe at all times. Parking was easy. The owner supplied nice shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. There are a few items that this house needs to make it a 5-star location. While the house is nicely remodeled and plenty of room for 4-6 people, the kitchen was very minimally furnished and cooking any meal was a challenge. The house sleeps 6 but we only had 4 spoons, 4 forks, and 4 knives, so we had to handwash silverware every meal. Also only one pot, one skillet. It definitely had adequate drinking glasses and plates but cooking dishes and cooking utensils were mostly missing. We made it work, but I've never seen a kitchen with so many totally empty cabinets. We were also missing any hand towels for the bathrooms, no floormat for the shower, and even were missing the flat sheet for the main bedroom. We contacted the cleaning service by text and were told that items were taken off-site for washing and would be delivered the following day but they were not. The homeowner did bring a hairdryer to us when we found those also missing. That was much appreciated. This house could be really great with the addition of the items I mentioned above.

Comfortable, good location

House was quiet, comfortable, 2 miles from the river. We took Lyft so we didn’t have to deal with parking. It’s an older neighborhood that people are buying houses to flip and rent or sell. We felt safe. Not a good yard for little children to play. We would stay there again. 👍

Alamo Dome Event

Nice place in San Antonio

It’s a girls weekend to go biking along the RiverWalk. The house is a perfect size and location. It was very clean and cofy. The place needs a few more coffee mugs and wine glasses.

The place was excellent. Everything was very clean and well-stocked. Plenty of supplies provided. Great service! We ran out of trash bags and Kleenex and both were delivered to our front door with a case of bottled water to boot!!Beds were extremely comfortable as well as furnishings!Highly recommend!
