Majestic Dreams - Million Dollar Panoramic View

Experience the beach at your feet like no other place on the coast!!! The "Majestic Dream" home is possibly the "most luxurious home" on the beach and could easily be on the cover of numerous home magazines.

Majestic is a newer, two-story home that is open, spacious with a reverse living design (main living and kitchen are on the upper floor). The floor-to-ceiling windows offer a full view of the magnificent Oregon Coast. If you truly want it all, "Majestic Dream" is for you!!!

Majestic Dream is a 4-plus-bedroom, 4-bath, two-kitchen home which is designed into two units. Both units are available together for your family to enjoy, or for a second family member or friend who want a private area. An inside door can be used for privacy or passage.

The upstairs unit features full views from the master bedroom, living room, dining area, kitchen, and outside deck. A gas fireplace is located in the dining/living area. A gourmet kitchen with restaurant-style equipment, large refrigerator, separate salad sink, and granite countertop is perfect for fine dining or simply tasting wine. This unit also has a second bedroom with a king bed, full bath, and laundry facilities.

The lower unit has a full view from the kitchen, dining, and living areas. A gas fireplace is located in the living area. The bedroom has a king-size bed, and the full bath is located next to the bedroom.

The lower floor has a 4th bedroom with a triple bunk on one side of the room (Full bed on bottoom, twin bed on top, with a pull out twin bed under the full bed). Then there is a twin bed on the opposite side of the room. This room sleeps 6. A full bath is located just a few steps away from this bedroom.

Both units have access directly to the beach and the lower deck. The hot tub is located on the lower deck with a full ocean view.

The picture windows here are great! Beautiful view! They had everything here. We really loved using the hot tub. It was good size. It was nice be able to use a washer and dryer since we had a long trip! We definitely would stay at this property again!

This house is absolutely amazing. I have rented it twice now, once for a family trip and once with girlfriends and it’s honestly just magical. Whether it’s a rainy PNW day or a beautiful sunny day this house has all you need. I can’t wait to rent again this summer.

Perfect location for a family getaway!

Spent a long weekend here and loved every minute of it. Our young granddaughters had the best time playing on the beach and us oldies loved the decks, the views and the awesome hot tub! A wonderful spot for sure!

4 nights 4 couples tons of room, beautiful views. Couldn't ask for a more relaxing place. Management was very responsive to any question. If you want to relax and get away this is definitely the place to go!

This property was an absolute gem to stay in!!! Gorgeous views and spacious that we didn’t feel crowded. Would absolutely stay again!! Only feed back is they gave 2 rolls of toilet paper for each bathroom and with 12 of us for five days it was not enough so bring your own

We had a good time being able to let the under 5 yrs olds play in the sand close to the house. The rocks on the hearth was a concern with the little ones. The beds were very comfortable. We had no complaints about the great view of the ocean.

What an awesome family vacation in Rockaway Beach. The Majestic Dreams home was great. Very comfortable, clean and an excellent location. On the beach and close enough to walk to town. We would rent this home again.

We really enjoyed our stay, particularly the beautiful view and the beach access. Having some sand so close to the house, while still having a barrier before the open beach was wonderful for our kids. We enjoyed walks, games, and bonfires on the beach. The beach was not the best for beachcombing or tide pools, so we visited other beaches for that.The house was a great size, and we appreciated having two fridge/freezers, two ovens, plenty of plates, silverware, and linens. We cooked every meal at the house. Would have appreciated a liquid measuring cup, full set of measuring cups, non-plastic cutting boards, and kid-friendly cups also would have helped.There were several maintenance concerns. After two days, we noticed green growth in the hot tub. The host was responsive and helped by phone, but we had to drain, clean, and adjust the chemicals ourselves. For how much we paid, we think someone should‘ve come out to service it. The hot tub was also locked at 104, too hot for our young children. A house binder with basic instructions, especially for the hot tub, would have been very helpful.The coffee maker needs replacing, the dishwasher often didn’t release the soap or fully clean dishes, the downstairs refrigerator froze some food, the hot pads were worn, and a bathroom towel holder was broken.Despite these issues, we had a wonderful family trip, lots of space, and loved the beach access and views. With some maintenance and updates, this could be an excellent rental.

Multiple decks, new decks and great out door spaces. great views directly on the ocean two minutes and you’re on the beach, great view of twin rocks, house and amenities are appropriately described.

We stayed here as an extended family group and enjoyed ourselves immensely. The location right on the beach and within walking distance of souvenir shops, grocery store and the commemorative railway was ideal. We made some great memories and Jerry was responsive to our questions and minor issues. We would stay here again for sure.

Why they chose this property

This home is located directly on the beach. It is great to be able to run out the front door and down to the ocean without rocks, roads, or any other obstruction. The home is located along a street where there are no hotels or multi family dwellings causing heavy traffic or crowds. This results in a very "private" beach area. The pictures of the home really don't do it justice. To sit in the living room and look out the full length windows provides a view that very few homes have.

What makes this property unique

The 2 living areas provide a separate space that is great for privacy. This could be for another family, elderly parents, or in my case, a place for my boys to go and play games while the adults make dinner, or just relax and read. The lower living area can be closed off by interior doors which really makes it private.

Directly in front of the home is the largest sand box you will find. It is perfect for small children who need supervision but want to play directly in the sand.
