Lakeside Condo

Another great business stay

This was our second stay at this property. We must be in Plattsburgh for business several times a year and this townhouse is just more comfortable if you have to be in town for a week. Business travelers, take a look here. There's a kitchen so you can fix a quick meal, and relax with much more room than a hotel room. This trip, we even had clients over for dinner - much better environment than a restaurant.

We love it. It was a cute condo. But it was a bit dirty.. The water is really high at that moment on july 2023. We didnt have a beach. Thank you so much 💛

Wonderful lakeside townhouse!

A gem in Plattsburgh located by the lake. Lovely walking path adjacent to easy onsite parking. Safe walking early morning to late at night. Comfortable bed, good shower, quiet at night. Could use AC units upstairs in bedrooms. Would love to see back screened porch set up for relaxing with comfy chairs and side tables Close to town. Will definitely stay again! Thanks, Carol!

A Great Alternative to Hotel Living

We frequently stay in Plattsburgh for business for 4 to 7 days at a time and are sick of living out of a hotel. So glad we decided to check out what was available on VRBO. This townhouse was just perfect for out needs. The space is beautifully appointed with comfortable furniture, the beds and bed linens are top notch. The kitchen isn't fully equipped, so if there is something special you need, bring it with you. If you are coming to go to the beach, this is the perfect location as the beach is just at the end of the townhouse complex. Will make this my home away from home from now on for visits longer than a day or two.

Excellent location for family vacation

Townhouse is a stone's throw to both a very mellow beach and a nice waterfront park. It's very close to the car ferry to Vermont. House itself is very clean and spacious but it could use a bit more kitchenware. Owner is easy to reach (and not intrusive). All in all, a very good spot!

Why they chose this property

This house is great for beach lovers. The fresh water lake beach is only 1 minute away by walk. The neighborhood is quiet and clean, and people are friendly. Sometimes I sit on the bench by the beach while drinking coffee. Sometimes I went to the beach and walked bare feet. I like to watch the sunrise and enjoy the sunset. The feeling of relaxation by the lake is so enjoyable. I hope you can find the same feeling during your stay.
