3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms and a pullout in the main living room. 1 fireplace, eat in kitchen with very large sun room. double wide mobile home. ( Please note this house is across the lake from Burlington, Vermont and requires an hours drive to get there).
Limited access to a Caribbean style beach with shallow depth for first 400 feet, usually warmer than the main lake. Certificate of clean water from the well just so the water is now drinkable. Also Air conditionning unit just installed so the house maintains its comfort in all season.
Nice outside deck and sun room provides wonderful view of three sides of property. No neighbors within view.
Canoe available for relaxing paddles on the pond in front or if you are adventurous you can take it down to the beach. (Life preservers and paddles provided).

Except for an occasional train passing through, it was one the most peaceful stays we’ve had so far. The house is private and spacious. Our host answered our questions, guided us through when we needed assistance. Highly recommend.
I was up from Texas to bass fish Lake Champlain and fly fish the Au Sable river for a few weeks. This house was located in the heart of it all. Several boat ramps close by and the property had ample room for my truck and Nitro Z 20 bass boat. The house was very comfortable with lots of room.
The cottage itself has a very vintage vibe. We really enjoyed the veranda with full of natural lights given that the yard has alot of mosquitoes. I guess it's to be expected since we're next to welands.
We really love the proximity to the private beach. The beach is beautiful, the kids really enjoyed playing in the sand, swimming and paddle boarding.
The home was well stocked with everything we needed. The queen size beds were comfortable. The property is close to pubic parks, hiking, fishing, waterfalls. It is a lovely area and we had a good time!

Disliked: Cleanliness
Did not look like they vaccumed before we got there. The sinks were dirty. Carpenter ants all over the place. The lawn was not mowed or weed wacked before we got there.
Super séjour! Le chalet est parfaitement divisé et équipé. Il est bien situé relativement à l’extraordinaire plage et aux randonnées avec les jeunes enfants. Le voisinage est sympathique. Seul point négatif, la quantité phénoménale de moustiques.
