An easy .5 mile walk into town where there are many stores and restaurants for you to enjoy. It’s only 1.6 miles to Rogers Beach, which is located on Dune Road where you can enjoy summer days. The house is 3 bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths with a heated gunite pool. House was completely renovated top to bottom in 2021. Come see what Westhampton Beach has to offer!

Lovely House near beach with all amenities

My family really enjoyed this 3 bedroom 1 1/2 bath house in Westhampton Beach near town and Rogers Beach. It was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. The owner was super responsive too. I would highly recommend this to others and would rent again myself.

Had a great stay and Jana was a perfect host! The house is really nice and was spotless! The location is perfect - walkable to stores/restaurants but also feels private and peaceful. Definitely recommend!

The best weekend getaway

We had an amazing weekend stay at this beautiful house in the Hamptons! The yard and pool were absolutely perfect, and our dog had the best time running around and enjoying the space. It was such a relaxing and fun getaway for all of us.

Wonderful stay

Really a perfect house! Feels brand new, great setup with bedrooms, walk to town, and easy access for the beach. Would definitely do this again. Highly recommend!

Perfect place

Can't say enough good things about this property: the house is immaculate and has literally everything you could possibly need from a fully equipped (and lovely) kitchen to elegant linens to beach items to kids toys. You can tell Jana has put real thought into the comfort and enjoyment of her guests. We loved being walking distance to a Hampton Coffee and some really nice artisanal food shops. The pool is great. Highly recommend (and we're picky), especially if you're staying with young kids, but would make anyone looking for a great beach getaway very happy. Thank for a great stay, we'll be back hopefully!

Our house is centrally located in the heart of Westhampton Beach Village. Short distance into town where there are plenty of restaurants and stores for you to explore. Our house has beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, and kids beach toys for you to use. House is kid and dog friendly.

What makes this property unique

This is the third year we are renting out our house. The house was completely redone three years ago top to bottom. Also has brand new gunite pool and a new outdoor shower.
