Welcome to Vienna, and thank you for staying with us! This cozy apartment will invite you to relax and to feel comfortable. It is fully equipped with an open kitchen to prepare breakfast or dinner, as well as a separate bed room. The toilet is also separated from the bathroom. The newly and modern equipped flat has a nice balcony. The building is located in Vienna-Favoriten. From there within 20 minutes you will reach the very center of the city to see Kärntner Straße, St. Stephen's Cathedral etc.

Keine Weiterempfehlung

Ich will hier meine ehrliche Meinung teilen. Zunächst einmal zur Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist in einer sehr lauten Gegend gelegen. Eingangsbereich ist sehr schmutzig und der Ort Favoriten zählt mit zu einem der gefährlichsten Orte in Wien. Die Wohnung ist viel kleiner als angenommen, komfortabel für eine Person aber sicherlich nicht für eine ganze Familie. Geschirrspüler hat nicht funktioniert wir mussten alles per Hand waschen. Küchenutensilien extrem veraltet. Das schlimmste war dass die Wohnung sehr weit oben gelegen ist und die Wohnung hat keine Klimanalage. Die Innentemperatur war bei teilweise 30 Grad sodass wir unseren Homeoffice zum nächstgelegenen Starbucks umschichten mussten. Am 4ten Tag wurde bei uns eingebrochen. Die Mieterin meinte Sie hat keinen Plan wer das war, der Mann der Mieterin meinte dann dass die alten Mieter ihre Gegenstände in der Wohnung vergessen haben. Ich finde das war kein Anständiger Grund unsere Privatsphäre zu stören, und das Schloss versuchen zu knacken. Eine Entschuldigung der Vermieterin haben wir nie erhalten. Am letzten Tag wurde ich um 10 Uhr von der Vermieterin beleidigend angerufen und Sie fragte warum wir noch nicht ausgezogen sind. Auf dieser Website steht offensichtlich Auzugszeit: 11 Uhr. Zum Abschluss meinte Sie dann noch Sie müsse uns einen kompletten Tag dafür berechnen.

Eine kleine Wohnung in verkehrsgünstiger Lage

Für 4 Erwachsene wäre die Wohnung doch eher zu klein gewesen. Wir waren mit 2 Kindern da. Sehr schön ist der große Balkon für sommerliche Abendstunden. Der Fahrstuhl ist natürlich ideal! Der Esstisch ist für 4 Personen sehr knapp bemessen. Das Multi-Kulti-Umfeld hat uns gefallen!
