Great location, warm and cosy

First visit to Vienna, property great location close to Laurenzgasse tram which took us to central area. Warm property, comfortable beds and sofas. Supermarket at end of road. 1 suggestion to make it even better = put a coat hook in the hallway.

Kurze Wege mit Straßenbahn zum Bahnhof und zur Ringstraße. Große Whg. für bis zu 4 Personen. Nette Dachterasse. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, sehr gute Lage

Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr schön und vor allem sehr sauber. Sie liegt nur 2 Strassenbahnstationen vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Von der Station sind es noch 3 Gehminuten und man ist da. Nachts war es auch schön ruhig so dass man angenehm schlafen konnte. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, obwohl wir erst gegen 22.00 angereist sind. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.

Wohnung schön groß und gemütlich eingerichtet. Geschirr könnte reichhaltiger sein. Aber: 1. Wohnung mit "Klimaanlage" angepriesen. Es befindet sich aber nur im Wohnzimmer eine eher kleine Anlage für alle Räume, die aber bei unserem Aufenthalt keinerlei Kühlwirkung entwickelte, nur das Gebläse funktionierte. (Fehlbedienung ausgeschlossen!) 2. Die Bilder der Wohnung zeigen 3 Fernseher, einen im Wohnzimmer und jeweils einen in den beiden Schlafzimmern. tatsächlich existiuert nur der Fernseher im Wohnzimmer. Von den gezeigten 4 Nachtischleuchten existiert auch nur noch eine. Vom Vermieter bisher auch nach dem Aufenthalt keine Reaktion auf die angezeigten Mängel.
