Our 40m² studio is perfect for you if you want to combine staying in the city and having a quiet surrounding.

It has a large room that serves as bedroom and living room, a small ante room and a bathroom with bath tube.

Especially during the summer months you will love your balcony overlooking the green courtyard to relax after an excitin day in Vienna.

Suitable for 1-2 persons.

The apartment was in a great location with easy access to public transportation. It was very clean and Christian was always available for any questions we had. I would have rated the apartment 5 stars but the description listed a washer as one of the amenities when instead it was in the basement and cost extra to use. I would definitely stay here again!

This was my second time staying at this property. It is absolutely wonderful! It's very comfortable and clean. Location is ideal as it's near shopping, restaurants, and most importantly public transit. Getting to the center of the city is super easy. Christian and Stephanie are lovely, they are very responsive and even accommodated me checking in early. An amazing place and amazing value! I hope to be back!
