Nice house and beautiful location near to the lake. It looks the host did not like her job, she showed little hospitality. And we were missing airconditioning.

Die Betreuung der Verwalterin war sehr angenehm und sehr zuvorkommend. Die Liegenschaft trafen wir perfekt sauber an. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist überdurchschnittlich für ein Feriendomizil, was uns sehr gefreut hat, da wir immer selbst gekocht haben. Die Lage des Hauses ist traumhaft und ideal für Ferien mit Hund, da das Grundstück grosszügig und sehr gut eingezäunt ist. Auch Gassi-Wege und natürlich der See sind in unmittelbarer Nähe.Die unschöne Fassade, die defekten Bodenplatten und dergleichen hat uns in unserem Ferienfeeling nicht gestört. Wir empfehlen jedoch den Besitzern, ihre Liegenschaft baulich besser zu unterhalten. Es wäre schade, wenn das Haus aufgrund mangelnden Unterhaltes an Attraktivität verliert.

Tolles Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus Riva ist sehr schön gelegen in grundsätzlich sehr ruhiger Lage. An einem Weekend war es wegen eines Festes in der Nähe sehr laut. Das Haus ist sehr grosszügig eingerichtet (Haushaltgeräte wie in einem Wohnhaus). Der eingezäunte Garten ist ziemlich gross und kinderfreundlich. Von Figino aus kann man problemlos schöne Ausflüge machen. Auto ist sinnvoll. Der See ist sehr nahe.

Eine vernachlässigte Perle

Ein wunderschönes Haus an einer unglaublichen Lage, nur eben leider vernachlässigt. Das Mobiliar war bestimmt einmal sehr teuer, doch liegt der Kauf schon etliche Jahre zurück - und das sieht man den Möbeln an. Die Matratzen (Bico) sind schmutzig und durchgeritten, der Esstisch völlig verkratzt. Die Elektrik bräuchte ebenfalls etwas Zuwendung: kein Licht im Wohnzimmer. Von den Bädern möchten wir nicht reden: Verstopftes Lavabo, antike Armaturen. Schade, dieses Juwel verkommen zu lassen.

Das Haus liegt schön an einer Sackgasse und hat einen grossen eingezäunten Garten, ideal für Reisende mit Hunden. Das Haus war top ausgestattet, es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht, inkl. Frotteewäsche, Putzmittel, Waschmittel, etc. Nicht so ideal sind die Wanderwege ab Ort. Wir haben somit oft das Auto benutzt, um mit den Hunden spazieren zu gehen. Im grossen Ganzen ein zu empfehlendes Ferienhaus, nur die Zeit läuft da unten zu schnell.

Äusserst gepflegtes Haus, komplett und komfortabel eingerichtet mit einer Küche die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Voll eingezäunter sehr schöner Garten, direkt angrenzend an den freien Seezugang der Gemeinde. Das Haus ist in jedem Fall zu empfehlen.

Das Haus am See

Nur der Parco Figino, eine riesige Wiese, trennt das Haus vom See. Es ist zudem komplett eingezäunt, was es für Hundehalter oder Familien mit kleinen Kindern besonders attraktiv macht. Im Haus drinnen ist die Küche das Highlight - diese macht Spass. Das Wohnzimmer ist fürs Auge ein Bijou und stammt wie aus einer anderen Zeit - inkl. VHS-Recorder und Kassettendeck. Viele CDs, aber kein Player. Die Zimmer sind im Obergeschoss, alles bestens eingerichtet. Und die Betreuung ist ebenfalls super.

Geräumig und zweckmässig

Wir (5 Personen mit Hund) waren mit dem Haus sehr zufrieden. Es war sauber und absolut zweckmässig eingerichtet. Alles was man braucht und mehr war vorhanden. Durch die 3 Bäder gab es auch nie ein Gedränge. Der Garten mit diversen Sitzgelegenheiten war von aussen kaum einsehbar und vollständig eingezäunt. Die Wiese vor dem Haus wurde (Oktober) vorwiegend von Hundehaltern frequentiert. Das bisschen Gebell der Hunde hat uns nicht gestört. Trotz schönstem Wetter war sonst wenig Betrieb am See.
