The apartment is conveniently located and easy to reach from the train station. It is close to the nature reserve, which is ideal for relaxing walks and bike rides. You can reach the Baltic Sea beach in 20 minutes on foot or by bike in just 10 minutes.

The two-room apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests. The separate bedroom has a comfortable double bed (1.80 m wide) and a spacious wardrobe, in which all your luggage can be stored. The spacious and bright living room creates a quiet feel-good atmosphere, whereby the comfortable couch offers the perfect comfort for a cozy sofa evening. Thanks to its pull-out function, this can also serve as an additional bed (1.60 m wide) for 2 people. The adjoining kitchen with dining area is ideal for exuberant cooking experiments and leaves nothing to be desired. Through the living room you get to the east-facing balcony. This is equipped with a lounge seating group, on which 4 people have space. Here you can see the first rays of sun in the morning and enjoy the perfect start to your day with an exuberant breakfast. The bathroom with shower and toilet completes the offer of the apartment.

Sehr schöne, große Wohnung.

Leider doppelt so weit von der Ostsee entfernt, als online angegeben. Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung sollte vielleicht überdacht werden. Fahrräder müssen umständlich in den Keller getragen werden.

Schönes Apartment mit Schwächen

Generell ist die Wohnung schön und auch die Möbel/Bett sind wertig. Die Küche und der kleine Balkon sind für zwei komplett ausreichend. Lage und Ausblick...na ja Auf jeden Fall hat man nur Morgensonne. Das Bad ist sehr schön und hell und auch wertig. Die Dusche ist eher für Hobbits geeignet da Sie sehr klein ausfällt. Wir habe vor der Anreise angefragt ob man die Fahrräder abstellen kann. Dies wurde bejaht entweder unten im Flur oder oben neben der Wohnungstür und ein Aufzug ist vorhanden. Tatsache ist das der Flur im EG sehr klein ist und dort keine Fahrräder gestellt werden können. Dann mit dem Aufzug nach oben ins DG....Das heißt Fahrrad hochkant stellen und halten und gleichzeitig noch den Aufzugsetagenschalter drücken (Akrobatikkenntnisse sind vorteilhaft). Der Lastenaufzug ist eher für einen Rollstuhl geeignet was dann aber die Hobbitdusche nicht erklärt. Was nicht sehr schön war...die Wohnung mußten wir vor allem im Eingangsbereichs saugen und auch das Geschirr war nicht sauber.Hier mußten wir auch erst nacharbeiten. Da eine Endreinigung für die Wohnung bezahlt werden muß denke ich das diese Dinge kontrolliert werden müßen. Die Tatsache das die Umgehungsstraße erneuert wird ist dann wohl der Umstand zu verdanken das der gesamte Verkehr incl. LKW am Tage und dicker V8 mit reizbarem Gaspedal direkt am Haus vorbeigeleitet wurden. Tagsüber war es sehr laut und nachts mußte man die Fenster schliessen weil besagte V8 diese Straße wohl als Auslauf nutzen. Zu Fuß ist man in 15 Minuten in der City mit dem Fahrrad entsprechen kürzer.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist wirklich sehr schön, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Auf uns wirkte sie live noch großzügiger als auf den Bildern- oftmals ist das bei Ferienwohnungen ja eher das Gegenteil. Bis ins Zentrum sind es ein paar Meter, darauf hatten wir uns aber eingestellt. Die Schlüssel zum Objekt erhält man in Scharbeutz, der Empfang war gut organisiert und sehr herzlich. Insgesamt ein wirklich toller Urlaub, das Objekt ist nur zu empfehlen.

Hallo, wir haben mi...

Hallo, wir haben mit 2 Personen ein sehr schönes verlängertes Wochenende in der Wohnung Nordlicht verbracht. Die Wohnung ist super schön, hell und geräumig ausgestattet. Dazu eine hochwertige Küche, mit allem, was man für ein paar entspannte Tage benötigt. Ebenso ein Balkon zum Wohlfühlen mit Terrassenmöbeln und ein Fahrstuhl ist auch vorhanden. Der Strand und das Centrum ist zu Fuß oder auch mit dem Fahrrad gut zu erreichen. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder! :-) Liebe Grüße Dana Dückinghaus und Lara Hochgräf
