This rental comes with 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom anything additional is responsibility of tenant to bring. Bath towels are provided by the owner. **bring you own shower items: shampoo, body wash, conditioner. ** (There is a store within 1 min drive)

Host provides basic cable package. Brand New Smart TVs in many rooms. If using "Streaming" it is BYOL (Bring your own login).

POOL
Heated pool with raised hot tub (open year round) NO POOL USE AFTER 10PM

There is a sand pit that is setup for volleyball games. Host provides volleyball. NO USE AFTER 10PM

OUTSIDE GRILL & FURNITURE
There is a brand new outside grill and brand new outside furniture/deck space. 2 propane tanks are provided, but we do not fill up the propane tanks, it’s the guests responsibility

KIDS/BOARD GAMES
There is a a variety of kids/boards games around the house. Ask host for specifics if needed.

BEACHTAGS
Host leaves 11 beach tags for Stone Harbor beaches and 8 beach chairs for guest to use. **These are not guaranteed as previous guests may have lost/taken them**
